Fermoy's unique cottage is built amongst its award winning Semillon vines. It overlooks the Estate's lake and has a native timbered creek flowing at its doorstep.
It is beautifully appointed with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen/dining, lounge and laundry. All amenities are fully provided with a touch of Fermoy style.
It is ideally suited as a base to explore all the Margaret River tourist attractions - wineries, beaches, caves and galleries to name just a few.
A delicious breakfast hamper with local produces will be waiting for you!
The cottage was originally built 20 years ago as a private escape for the Estate's first owners. It is both functional and comfortable with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), a cosy lounge with open fireplace, and a big kitchen/dining room. It is also equipped with a portable gas BBQ, on a wisteria-shaded verandah.
