One of the best places to stay in Peniscola

Very nice villa, excellent location and fantastic garden with amazing sea view. The villa is well equipped, garden furniture, BBQ etc. We had a great stay and can definitely recommend this accommodation.

Well equipped house for our family of 5 adults. Lovely pool and plenty of outdoor space and seating. Excellent communication and helpful advice from Agnes and her son.Walkable distance to the lovely town where there are numerous bars and restaurants. Very Spanish which was a big bonus for us.

No complaints regarding villa Hosts very good and helpful. Only problem for us was continuous noise from building work next door. Hosts were very apologetic and thought the work would have been finished.

Super schöne Unterkunft mit direkter Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bei Fragen oder Problemen stets erreichbar und innerhalb 2 Minuten vor Ort. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und alles sauber. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt.

We thank you for your review, although we would have liked an explanation. We understand that it has to do with your complaints about the stairs of the house and that the weather has been exceptionally rainy during your stay. It is true that it does not normally rain like this at this time, but unfortunately, we cannot do anything about it and we believe that this should not influence your appreciation of the house. On the other hand, we have noticed that you did indeed have difficulties climbing stairs, but these appear in the description of the house, as well as in the photographs of the ad, in which it is clearly seen that it is not a ground floor house. We regret that despite this being a major impediment for you, you did not consult us before making the reservation, as we would have advised against our accommodation for your comfort.

Perfecte vakantiewoning!

Prachtige woning, voorzien van al wat nodig is, goede centrale airco in de volledige woning en alle kamers, voorzien van alle comfort. Zeer vlotte communicatie met de eigenaars, tip top geregeld. De ligging is fantastisch, mooi uitzicht, rustig en toch vlakbij de stad en de stranden. Prachtige omgeving met heel veel mogelijkheden voor uitstappen, zeker als je het niet erg vindt wat kilometers te rijden. Absolute aanrader!

Mooie woning op een prima locatie. Het dorp is aan te lopen, ca 15 min, echter langs een weg. Met de auto prima te doen, er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid.
