Saltair is set on the side of Mount Clarence and affords spectacular views of Middleton Beach and surrounds. Luxury is afforded in all details of the three architecturally designed open plan suites, from underfloor heating to private balconies. Each suite has been designed as a retreat for an adult couple and as such children and infants are unable to be accommodated. Prices quoted above are per suite. To accommodate 3 couples you will need to pay for 3 suites.

Approximately 3 kms from the CBD; an eight minute walk to Middleton Beach and a two minute walk to the Mounts Adelaide and Clarence walk trails.

Private, luxurious suites overlooking the ocean and lakes.

You will find Saltair nestled above Middleton Beach. Each of the three suites has been architecturally designed for your comfort and enjoyment. All suites boast panoramic views of King George Sound and islands, Lake Seppings, The Porongorups and The Stirling Ranges. Enjoy the ever changing views from your private balcony, or maybe you would prefer to cosy up inside. Room width glass doors maximise the views while under-floor heating throughout your suite ensures you will be toasty. Sliding cedar shutters provide as much privacy as you wish, yet allow the warm morning light to flood your room.

Each suite has an 81cm wall mounted HD LCD TV, dvd/cd player (mp3 input) and Foxtel. The kitchenette is designed for basic cooking and is equipped with a toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave, including microwave cookware. The suites are not set up for full scale cooking and we ask that guests do not use electric cooking appliances in the units. An electric barbeque on the balcony is perfect to cooking up a storm! Home cooked, gourmet breakfast is delivered for you to enjoy in the privacy of your room or balcony.

Your private en-suite has under-floor heating, heated towel rails, and either a soaking or spa bath. A sliding, frosted glass partition allows you to chat with your partner, watch tv, or take in the view while you soak in the bath.

Full complementary laundry facilities including gas dryer and drying court are available on the same level. Wireless internet access is available for laptops and the desktop pc in the guest foyer is available for your use. A selection of current magazines and a small DVD library are also available for guest use.

The heated tiled floors, chemical free cleaning and 100% smoke free policy ensure Saltair is a low allergy environment.

Our gourmet Saltair breakfasts will ensure your day starts in the best possible way. Our breakfasts showcase local produce and home cooking. Enjoy fresh juice, smoothies, home baked mueslies, conserves and breads, at your leisure and in the comfort of your suite. The menus change daily so no two breakfasts need be the same. Compliment your breakfast with freshly brewed coffee, leaf or herbal tea, or Italian drinking chocolate: all of which are provided in your suite for your enjoyment at any time.
