Lovely place to stay, so close to the beach and excellent for watching the world go by when we were relaxing on the terrace. The pool area was very big and well kept. We had a very comfortable stay. Thanks.

Amazing location for fab family holiday.

Location is amazing. Fabulous view of golden beach and lovely strip. Lots of lovely restaurants and pubs not even a 5 minute walk. Really good supermarket across the road. The apartment was very clean. Air conditioning was good. Good communication with host. In the process of booking again.

Great apartment - Location Amazing

A really good stay at this property, we have booked again for next year. The location is fabulous, beach front and a leave patio - just brilliant.I would maybe just add as feedback to add in the double sheets for each bed as the single duvets were very small especially for the adults .Jacky was very attentive and couldn’t fault her , she brought us more pillow and was very helpful. Only minor downside is the smell of the drains when it rains - not very nice but with the windows open it was much better.

A fabulous gem

This is a fabulous gem of a place. The location is amazing with a fantastic beach and sea view. The apartment is provided with all the facilities a person would require and cleanliness is immaculate. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which is fantastic. The apartment is very spacious and It’s got a very large balcony. The host jacky greets you on arrival and is only a phone call away if needed. The apartment is central to beautiful restaurants, shops and bars. This is a beautiful apartment and we will be using again.

Winter sun holiday

We have just returned from this fantastic apartment. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was perfect for myself, husband and our friends. It had everything we needed (including pool towels) and the spacious balcony overlooked the beach and sea. The location was great and a short walk took us into both Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas. The pool area is beautiful with plenty of sunbeds. There are lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Check in was very easy and we were met at the apartment. We definitely recommend this apartment and would love to return.

Great Location....

Booked the property for a week with my wife & mother in law (80+) and overall, had a great stay. Met the host Tatjana outside the complex who showed us the route to the apartment on the first floor - lift located nearby. Apartment all open-plan with a smallish kitchen with normal white goods along with basic food pantry, bottled water & wine along with kitchen cleaning products. Two large bedrooms, one on a kind of mezzanine floor, both with good bathrooms one shared with a washing machine. Comfortable main room with access to a large balcony with table & chairs and sun loungers. Location & beach view was fantastic, right on the broad-walk just as we required - excellent. Plenty of restaurants & bars all within short walking distance. Complex pool was large and had a couple of separate areas, though quite busy. The children's pool certainly had lots of activities to keep them occupied. Complex bars reasonably priced and the food was actually quite good, well worth a visit. Overall a great stay.

Great location

Met at PS3 by Jacky brought us to apartment and showed us around it . We were able to get a late checkout on departure day which was great paid 80 euro but was well worth it. Had to contact Jacky next day to find out where bins were to dispose of papers bottles etc, also had to ask where safe was located eventually found it but could not get it locked as we could not find key, Would suggest an information booklet to be kept in apartment with these little details. Lower Bathroom door would not close properly ,owners husband came to look at it about day 4 or 5 and never returned to fix it!! disappointed with this . Aircon was brilliant beds comfortable but could be doing with better pillows. Did ask for extra sun lounger for terrace and got it from owner , so pleased with that. Beach and pools on complex about a 2 minute walk from apartment View outstanding 10-15 minute walk in the evenings to a lot of our eating places such as FRIENDS, EMPIRE, 8 PIER Food outstanding in all these places Supermarket directly across the road from entrance of PS3 which was convenient for basics such as milk, ham bread, fruit rolls etc. I would recommend this apartment for its location and easy access to promenade/beach.

Nice apartment

Good location for beach, town centre, shops, bars etc. At check in you have bands put on your wrists so you can use the pool, similar to a hospital band, that soon came of as a 54 year old i did not want that on my wrist for the whole of my holiday! You are given a card pass to get through gates on complex so this in itself would prove you were staying there although they were left wide open most of the time so anyone can walk through the pool area and from the other side of complex to the beach there is no gate anyway. Only two sun loungers at apartment which doesn't make sense for 4 people. No oven or grill which is ok i suppose but the lack of choice in supermarkets makes it difficult to self cater. Socket hanging off the wall in top bedroom, no cleaning or maid service so no clean bedding or towels which we weren't aware of. There was a washing machine but it was broken so couldn't even wash our our sheets and towels. Did report to host on day, nothing done so requested more towels. No information about check out procedure so had to phone host what to do with keys. Overall nice break, would i return, no we wouldn't.

Dear Lisa, Im Sorry but the Wristbands are the rules from the Santiago Reception that you can use the pool area , Gym etc and we need to respect it. there are just 2 sun loungers as there is also a table and chairs outside the balcony so there no space to put 4 loungers on and the beach is only 1 minute walk away + the pool area with lot of loungers in the kitchen down the closet are a new table grill inside as we had to remove the bbq from the balcony as its not allowed anymore the socket been fixed we send someone to check the washing machine and he come with a lot of fresh towels we did this service from our side and it was not requested from your side after it turned out its broken we straight order a new washing machine and its already replaced you could book extra a cleaning for the Apartment or a change of linen we offer this service to all our guests When we do the Check In we always tell how the Check Out works

Lejligheden ligger lige i smørhullet.

Stranden og Strandpromenaden ligger lige udenfor. Godt poolområde med saltvand og forskellige pool med forskellige temperaturer. Gode senge og masser af håndklæder. Stor terrasse med 3 liggestole og stort spisebord og 4 stole. 2 store markiser.Lejligheden trænger til lidt opgradering indvendig. Med maling og udskiftning af træ og reparere løse gulvfliser.

Soggiorno a Tenerife

La casa in un primo momento si presenta molto bene, la posizione è ottima, all’interno di un complesso con piscina, bar, palestra e quant’altro, direttamente affacciata sull’oceano e sulla passeggiata sottostante. Piccoli particolari che, visto il prezzo, potrebbero essere migliorati, le due piccole piastre per cucinare, l’assenza di un forno ( solo un piccolo forno microonde con residui di cibo dei precedenti) e di una lavastoviglie; la struttura possiede due bagni, uno al piano terra e uno al primo piano. Il bagno giù esala una forte puzza di fogna da vomitare e purtroppo la piastra barbecue in terrazza, presente nella descrizione della casa, non era funzionante ed anche avendo fatto presente da subito il problema ( sarebbe stata molto comoda ed utile nelle tre settimane di soggiorno) è stata portata via e mai più visto niente! Assurdo visto il costo dell’appartamento e visto che risultava nella descrizione della casa, bastava acquistarne un’altra! I cuscini erano molto scomodi, impossibile dormirci, per fortuna ce n’erano due nell’armadio.

Tolle Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Die Wohnung war von der Lage her TOP ! Die Betreuung vor unserem Aufenthalt sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir mussten unseren Aufenthalt etwas verschieben und sind einen Tag zu spät angereist, auch dies war kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet: grosser Tiefkühler, zwei Kühlschränke, Geschirr ect. ausreichend vorhanden, Kaffemaschine ect. alles vor Ort und in einem guten Zustand. Das einzige was es zu bemängeln gab: Das Badezimmer im unteren Stockwerk ist doch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Aus den Abläufen (Badewanne und Lavabo stinkt es extrem und wenn man diese nicht immer geschlossen hat ist es Abends auch nichts außergewöhnliches, dass man(n) einige Kakerlaken im Badezimmer hat. Am besten immer Licht anlassen und Abflüsse zu. Ich muss gerechterweise aber sagen, dass ich dieses Problem nicht vor Ort angesprochen habe, da es wahrscheinlich normal ist, sonst hätte es nicht schon Kakerlaken Gift im Schrank gehabt. Die Klimaanlagen auf der Terrasse sind auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Boden der Terrasse war leider immer nass vom Wasser der Klimaanlage (war auch für die Mieter unter uns nicht sehr angenehm, da das Wasser ebenfalls immer auf ihre Terrasse tropfte. Im grossen und ganzen würde ich die Wohnung und die Betreuung aber auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
