Looking to get away from the stresses of city life..? Then look no further. This modern airconditioned beach retreat is surrounded by Australian natives, in the central coasts best kept secret, Pearl Beach. This national trust village is enjoyed by just a few hundred residences.

Entertain family and friends by creating mouth watering meals in the open plan kitchen and dine alfresco on the private rear deck. Alternatively dine at the award winning resturant or café either of which are an easy five minute stroll from the house.

Ideal for a summer or winter getaway. Don't forget to bring your DVDs for a movie night on one of the two 42 inch screens.

Nestled in a quiet culdesac, accomodation most suitable for 4 adults and 4 children, between the airconditioned house and spacious bunkroom.

You can also have some peace of mind for the environment as we are working to reduce our carbon foot print with our solar power installation.

Pricing:

PEAK: $2500 per week (NSW School Holidays)
OFF PEAK: $1450 per week
MID WEEK NIGHTLY: From $250
WEEKEND NIGHTLY: From $300
* Minimum 2 nights stay throughout the year except peak periods which are weekly. Long weekends are a 3 night minimum.

* All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars
* A signed undertaking not to hold functions on the premises and a bond may be required.

  • "My family ( husband, 2 young kids aged 3 & 5, brother and sister in law and their 3 year old) spent a week here over the New Year break...the house suited us perfectly. It was spotless, had a good size lush backyard and entertaining deck. The outdoor shower was perfect to wash down the kids ( and us!) after a day at the beach. We ate and cooked here ever night instead of going out for the entire week as it was so peaceful and so spacious - The beach is a 10 min flat walk and so close to the General store if you run out of bread/milk...Highly recommended..you wont be dissapointed. Best holiday house with everything you need and perfect for young kids."

  • "The Beach Retreat is the best holiday house we have ever stayed in. The house was fantastic for our four children. The bunkhouse allowed the kids to all be together with plenty of room. The short walk to the beach, general store, cafe and restaurant was just perfect. Set in quiet bushland surroundings, we discovered a bush walk behind the house, the kids spotted bush turkeys and kookaburras - they had a excellent time. We are already planning our next trip the Beach Retreat, we cant't wait to go back. To top it off the owners were very professional and pleasant. "
