The typical daily market is at the end of the street to immerse yourself in the Provencal atmosphere, buy your fresh local products on the colorful stalls, drink a coffee accompanied by a share of socca!

The location is exceptional because everything is accessible on foot: the white sandy beaches of Gravette or Ponteil (350 meters), the walk around the Remparts and the sea a few meters away, the many shops and restaurants (100 m) , the Picasso Museum (200 m), the famous yatch port (300 m), the bus station (300 m) to go to the surrounding cities (Cannes - Nice) or to Sophia Antipolis.

The location in Old Town is fantastic. Apt is very small but has everything you need. The bedroom and bathroom are located in the basement level which can be a bit challenging if you have mobility issues or small children.

Good weeks holiday
Very good location in the old town, only a short walk to the market, shops and restaurants. Met at the property by Clara who gave us a good introduction to the property, and was also very helpful in giving ideas for visits to places around Antibes. Overall very pleased with the whole experience.

Perfect location, lovely house, could do with a minor refresh and some storage, but had loads of charm and character. Disappointed the TV didn't connect and the agent wasn't available to assist.

A quaint converted boathouse in a good location just below the ramparts in a quiet location. Easy access to the old town town, Picasso Museum and lovely beaches. The property is accessed via a shared entrance up several steps. The living/dining area is on this upper level and seemed well equipped. There is a small easily opened window with no particular view but the jasmine just outside smells great. The kitchen is somewhat bijou but not uncommon in the Old Town. There is no dishwasher but there is plenty of crockery and a large fridge and a dining breakfast bar in rustic style. Bedroom and bathroom is downstairs which are quite steep but there is a helpful handrail on one side. There is a child gate at the top of the stairs. Bathroom is modern with double shower modern toilet and sink. There is a electric heated towel rail to dry any used towels and there is a washing machine also. The bedroom is large with a large comfortable bed and double wardrobe. The floors are solid cobble style tiles so not that comfortable to walk on. The bedroom itself is below ground level outside so the window is quite high and not that easily opened. If the wooden shutters are opened you are quite exposed to people looking in but there are some Venetian blinds but you need to be over 1.8mto reach the control or stand on a chair. If you don't open the wooden shutters you are in a cave. There wifi was very poor intermittent and probably not in property. It was not fixed during my stay.

I like living in this pedestrian space on a human scale, where you do not have to have a car.
I personally take care of the management and maintenance of my apartments that I have renovated and furnished by myself with the help of my husband.
