OUTDOORS:
Apart from tennis, golf, beach and pool being within walking distance the following inclusions allow for family fun:
The Villa is only 50m from the back door to a sporting field where older children can enjoy a muck around game of soccer and Bikes and helmets are also available for hire.

Jayne your host has lots of information on the best restaurants and cafes, great spots to take the family for a picnic, where to fish and how to the best of ALL the Resorts in Coffs Harbour

INDOORS:
Rainy day? There is still plenty of activities to enjoy. Board games are available in the villa, and the bunk bedroom has a playstation 2 with 2 controllers. PS3 and XBox and games for all consoles are available - please request on booking.
There is also a games room located only a 300m walk from the Villa (gold coins required). Ask Jayne about great things to see and do in on a rainy day.

INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS

No one likes rules (especially when on holidays) however it is our duty to inform you of the following:
Opal Blue Villa accommodates a MAXIMUM OF 8 PEOPLE. Minimum stays are 2 nights. (3 nights during NSW School Holidays)
PAYMENT: Payment is accepted via direct deposit, cash, cheque or credit card with a negotiated deposit required within 48 hours of calendar booking.
BOND: A bond maybe required prior to arrival. This bond is fully refundable 24hrs after departure provided no damage is found to the Villa or its contents
CHECK IN: after 2.30pm (earlier check in can be negotiated at no additional charge but dependant on previous bookings)
CHECK OUT: 10.30am (later check out can be negotiated at no additional charge but dependant on further bookings).
TELEPHONE: No telephone is available within the villa, guests are encouraged to bring mobile phones. A public telephone is available in within the Opal Cove Resort Lobby.
PETS: In accordance with strata management policy no pets are allowed within the villa or strata grounds.
SMOKING: Guests are asked not to smoke in the villa, please use the outside undercover area, ashtrays supplied.
CANCELLATION: Refunds of deposits will not be given for cancellations unless the dates can be rebooked, however alternative booking dates will be considered in line with vacancies. Current rates will apply.
