A large undercover deck to take to soak up beautiful Avoca Beach over a chilled glass of wine or two. Only a minute's walk to the beach, rockpool cafes and the famous Avoca Beach Cinema. Children's playground within walking distance, too.

This property sleeps 8 with all bed linen supplied.

The entry level is the sleeping quarters and bathrooms, separated from the upstairs living areas for maximum privacy

On the entry level bedroom one has a king size bed and ensuite with bath and a large television.

Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed.

Bedroom 3 has two singles.

Bedroom 4 has a king size bed and ensuite.

There is main bathroom on this level, plus a laundry with washing machine and dryer. Also a separate powder room.
A theatre room with a plasma television completes this floor.

The top level is devoted to indoor/outdoor entertaining with floor to ceiling glass to maximize the fabulous beach and ocean views. The large open plan living area with comfy couches, an open fire place and a plasma television. This flows onto the dining area with a 10 seat dining table adjoining the galley style kitchen.

The kitchen has two large fridges, separate glass fronted bar fridge and two dishwashers. Ice making machine. The garage has ping pong and Fooz Ball table. There is a large gas BBQ. Off street parking or a double garage if you do not wish to use the ping pong table.

Ideal location for any weddings being held at Avoca Surf Club, too.
