  • "Absolutely loved our stay at Charlotte House! Visiting Forster for a family wedding, this house was exactly what we needed! Everything we needed was there plus so much more. Plenty of room for everyone, we slept 8 adults and 6 kids comfortably with room to spare. Julie was lovely and very accomodating, the house is in great location and a very relaxing environment. Overall, very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area, we will be back :)"

  • "Our family group (4 generations) have been holidaying together in January for several years now. This was our first time at Charlotte House & we found it perfect for our multi aged group (16 months - 87). The children had several areas they could play in,we all enjoyed the tennis court & table tennis and it was only a short drive to lovely beaches. The large table on the verandah was great for our leisurely evening meal. Charlotte House is in an ideal location to enjoy many aspects of the mid north coast."

  • "Thanks Julie and John. We really appreciate the effort that you put in to make us all feel so welcome in your beautiful home. We had a fantastic time and enjoyed our time immensely. There is so much room that it was easy to lose the kids and relax in peace! Digger had a ball too - he loved the size of the yard. The surrounding beaches and bays and beautiful and great for small children We highly recommend Charlotte House for large families and friends. We hope to be back again. Thanks again The Crowe Family"

  • "We really enjoyed our stay at Charlotte House and would definitely stay again. There was so much room both for bedrooms and living area. The kids had a ball and hardly came inside the house. They were so busy outside, riding their bikes, playing in the cubby house and swings, collecting gum leaves and playing table tennis. The outdoor entertaining area was fantastic. "

  • "Thank you for such a beautiful house for our holiday, we had an absolutely perfect time! We were thrilled the weather stayed so beautiful for us, and the house was well suited to all our needs. In particular we got a lot of use out of the tennis court :) We loved every minute, thanks Julie!"

The house is perfect so that you aren't on top of each other all the time. Thank you Julie for sharing your house with us. We all had a fantasticly wonderful holiday."

  • "we had four families of three generations who spent a relaxing weekend at this lovely home. The place is very spacious with well equipped facilities/amenities. The kids (teenagers really) had a ball and declared that they would love to revisit the place the moment they arrived at the house. It provides really good privacy and we spent the second night lying on the grounds of the tennis court looking up the magnificient starry sky. It was serene and so relaxing. Also worth mentioning is the lovely seafood you get from the shop close to the house. Next visit to Charlotte House have to be at least a few days to a week long to be fully able to enjoy all there is to offer. "
    Lauvena, May 2009

  • "This house is Wonderful. There are really three different living areas so it suited are group of three families very well. The location is great as it has close access to Elizabeth Beach which is just beautiful and generally quiet and also to Smith Lake. The home is clean and well appointed and there is plenty to do in and around the place. The little kids loved the play area and the older ones loved the tennis court and table tennis. The parents loved the fact that they could sit down and relax in clean comfort in the evenings. The price is very reasonable too!"
    Merryl, May 2009

  • "Charlotte House is in a magnificent spot, so relaxing. We stayed with 3 families and there was plenty of room for all, even for the children to watch TV or play games, we didn't need to be in each other's way at all. The huge undercover verandah was just the best, we all wandered out for meals and could all sit together, we would definitely go back, everything was there that we needed for a family get together, we will definitely go again. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Ann"
