Great place, spacious living areas. Clean and comfortable. Two bathrooms which is great for four people. Well equipped kitchen. Location is close to city and restaurants. Jo is a great host.

What an excellent well laid out home this is for a great holiday. I really appreciated, that the house was full of character and original features, but provided all the needs of modern living.
Features that need to be shared with anyone intending to stay, is that the house provides both great indoor and outdoor living for both the the business and family travellers to Hobart
From the upstairs terrace, there are stunning views of both the city and mountains of Hobart.
This house too , is ideally located to all the services and attractions needed for a great holiday Hobart, especially the thriving North Hobart Restaurant strip where you can sample great local fare.
Finally thanks to Jo the owner for providing me with a great base for a much needed holiday I can't recommend, "Home on George" to highly to anyone who is heading to Hobart.

A peaceful property with a great ambience. Ideal location, great for walking and close to facilities and North Hobart eateries. With 2 outdoor areas to relax, which are very private. Would definately recommend this property.
