Situated in the spectacular Margaret River region of south-western Australia, famous for its wines, huge surf, excellent restaurants, pristine beaches, beautiful caves and towering forests, all of which are within a short drive, it is sheltered by the dunes and only a few minutes walk from the region’s safest beach and one of the worlds biggest surf breaks.
The solar passive design creates a unique combination of inside and outside space. The north facing aspect is all glass and can be opened up completely to flood the huge living area with light, air, birdsong and the sound of the sea.
The "Beach Studio' is also a functionable addition suitable for 2 or 3 persons.
•\tThree separate entertainment areas: the living area which features a large local timber dining setting, music centre, a host of comfortable couches and some interesting artwork; the alfresco area with gas BBQ, outdoor eating setting and sun chairs; television snug with wide screen TV, DVD .
•\tGourmet kitchen, strikingly decorated in silver and soft red and separated from the living area by a fabulously large island bench/breakfast bar equipped with wide, easily accessed runner drawers. Extremely workable with plenty of reachable storage and bench space, family sized fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, electric and microwave ovens and dishwasher.
•\tFour bedrooms and two bathrooms – King Suite; two Queen Suites; double room containing two king size single beds; spacious main bathroom (with luxurious bath) and ensuite bathroom with King Suite. All beds have continental quilts and linen and towels are provided.
•\tLarge laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
•\tDouble garage with direct access into living area.
