**However**, we are still able to accept bookings of over 10 nights at certain times of the year, including some summer weeks.

DESCRIPTION
Villa Zamora is a beautiful and unique home in the un-spoilt coastal town of Moraira on the Costa Blanca. Located in a peaceful residential area yet just a 25 minute walk from the beach.
Having been completely renovated in 2016, and always kept in prime condition, Villa Zamora offers all the comforts and style of a modern villa but with all the authentic charms of an original Spanish villa, lovingly restored. Your perfect escape on the beautiful Costa Blanca.
THE VILLA
Villa Zamora is an ‘upside down’ villa with living spaces on the top floor to make the most of the views, and sleeping areas on the bottom. Both levels have instant access to the pool and terraces.
You enter the grounds via a large wooden electric gate, up a drive whose length accommodates at least 4 cars.
The villa entrance takes you into a large split level hall which leads you up a short flight of stairs into the very spacious open plan living space where you find a large fully fitted well equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and, further in, a spacious lounge area with 2 large sofas, wood burner (winter and spring use only) and wall mounted 55" smart TV (with access to Netflix/Amazon Prime and IPTV with many movies and international channels).
Each living area has access to generous terraces; the lounge area leads to a large dining terrace with gas BBQ and steps down to the spacious pool terrace, the dining area has large sliding doors onto a lovely covered west facing 'naya' terrace, and the kitchen terrace at the rear of the property also leads down to the garden.
From the kitchen, through an open arch, you are led to the guest w/c and a convenient external door for access to/from the pool terrace. Here you also find the internal stairs leading down to the 3 bedrooms and family bathroom.
The family bathroom has a generous full sized enamel bath tub, shower over, w/c and basin. The two master en-suite bedrooms house hot/cold air-conditioning, generous wardrobes, one with separate dressing area. One en-suite has double basins, w/c, bidet and spacious rain shower, the other a w/c, basin and spacious rain shower.
Both master bedrooms have large sliding doors to covered terraces with seating, and direct access to the manicured garden and heated pool.
The third bedroom is a twin room, in the original rounded area of the villa. This room is comfortably equipped with two single beds, hot/cold air-conditioning, wardrobe, drawers, beautiful arched windows and direct access to a covered terrace, garden and pool area.
THE GARDEN & POOL
Within the 1100m2 secure plot you have a thoughtfully landscaped, well maintained mature garden with numerous olive trees, almond trees, carob trees, a ‘strawberry tree’ (Arbutus unedo), oleanders, estrelicias (bird of paradise) and a small, split level fish pond with a trickling waterfall.
The 8x4 meter heated pool (heating optional at an extra charge) with roman steps boasts a generous sun drenched terrace with plenty of sun beds, parasols and a poolside shower.
The villa is situated and built to fully enjoy the open south westerly views, afternoon sun and stunning sun sets over the hills beyond.
A 5 minute drive takes you into the town centre and beach, or if you wish to go on foot it will take 25 minutes.
WHAT'S WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE?
Just a 5 minute walk away you will find:
*A small but very well stocked supermarket, and on Sundays, a fish stand.
*Two bars, including Restaurant/Bar 'Hill Top' which offers music, food and entertainment ~ and also has a pool!
*A Bakery
*Car rental 'CarOnline' (who can also arrange airport drop off/pick up of rental cars)
*Two hairdressers
20 minutes walk away you can reach 'Gastrobar 21' - a popular bar/restaurant with a wonderful ambiance, garden/terrace and a great menu.
THE TOWN
Moraira is a beautiful, upmarket, coastal town with a popular marina. Originally a fishing village, Moraira is proud of its roots and still has around 5 fishing boats in operation and a regular fish market. Strict planning regulations have prevented high rise buildings, therefore it is a largely unspoilt town soaked in history yet offers many restaurants, bars, boutiques and, as many good Spanish towns have, a weekly market (Friday).
The family friendly, well groomed green flag sandy beach has a well run bar-restaurant-cocktail bar, climbing apparatus and volleyball net. Currently there is also beach service operating so you may order refreshments direct from your beach chair!
Families particularly enjoy rock-pooling at one end while the mature older visitors enjoy the provided sun beds and parasols along the front. Further up and down the coast you find other beautiful coves, beaches, and beachfront restaurants with fantastic original Spanish cuisine.

THE VILLA

Through the year they travel throughout Europe, spending summers and winters in Switzerland where Richard teaches skiing and assists Nikki running their Marketing and Travel Consultancy businesses. Nikki & Richard spent a long while seeking their perfect property. Villa Zamora was a traditional but unloved Spanish villa with tonnes of charm which cried out for some TLC... charms they could not ignore.
While this was to be their home one day they wanted to share Zamora's beauty with others, so Nikki put pen to paper and planned exactly how to revive Zamora's Spanish style and beauty, and bring all the features and comforts the modern day traveller required. After 11 months of renovations with Nikki personally project managing, the result is stunning. We know you will not be disappointed.
