This newly refurbished three bedroom house is an ideal holiday escape. It has commanding magical views (from all living areas) over yacht studded Pittwater without the waterfront price tag. It is mere seconds to the calm Snapperman Beach and within walking distance to Sydney's best Northern beaches. The driveway is not steep and as shown in photo 16 & 17 you can see the driveway and the house from the beach. It is conveniently located with Palm Beach wharf, cafes and restaurants. The property is perfect for entertaining with a spacious open plan lounge and dining area flowing on to a large deck, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset over Pittwater.
This property also has an additional sitting area in the back garden where you can sit and enjoy the stunning water views with a glass of wine.

What a gem of a house! We had a beautiful long weekend at gorgeous Palm Beach and could not imagine a better place to hang our hats and beach towels, so to speak. Lovely lovely house, comfortable and charming decor and the view! Superb. Most importantly, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and divine homewares. We just loved it.

Excellent 3 bedroom place, perfect for 2 couples or family. Waking up every morning to the water views was incredible, and all the nice cafes and restuarants are walking distance which is great.
I'd definitely come here again.

We had a very relaxing long weekend and spent plenty of time on the lovely verandah enjoying the view. The house has a good kitchen and is in a great spot across the road from the beach.

had a fabulous weekend with the girls....fantastic front decking over looking the water which was where we spent alot of our time. Easy walk to shops and cafes - great place to rent for a long weekend.

Location location location - everything including the best beach and the best coffee all within a stone's throw of the front door. Sunsets are amazing but if its a rainy day look forward to getting stuck inside with more books and games than you can handle ... over all a wonderful place to stay.

What a great little house for a break! We had a fantastic time using the great space on the deck. Great positioning, beautiful view, clean with plenty of room for 6 adults.
Owners are also very easy to deal with and helpful!

The perfect place to stay for a relaxing holiday. The deck is AMAZING!!! My girlfriend and I spend most of our time there enjoying the views,relaxing and cooking up a storm on the bbq.
The house has everything you need.

It was a lovely holiday house, full-equipped kitchen, with outdoor bbq (under shelter)! We had a wonderful time and cooked up a feast whilst we were there for the weekend. Would recommend this place to friends!

This house was beautiful! We booked it for our wedding and our bridal party and it was perfect for our group. The location was ideal and the views were stunning. The owner was so lovely to deal with, and even left us out a special gourmet hamper to start us off! The house was also very well stocked with bath amenities and board games and the like. big tick!

We booked this property as my daugther was married over that weekend. Although the weather presented some challenges the property could not have suited our needs better. The balcony overlooking Pittwater provided many special moments and photos. We all had a wonderful time and look forward to staying there again in the future.

We stayed one week at Shelly Beach and we couldn't have been happier. The house has everything and more ! The attention to detail is wonderful, the location is unbeatable and it was lovely and clean. We stayed with our little 16 month old boy and it was perfect - an enclosed deck for him to play on and a safe beach directly across the road. Also, there is a great cafe across the road. The views from the deck are amazing. This place is great for a family but also for a romatic getaway ! Thanks for a lovely stay.

We stayed here prior to and after our Wedding at Taylors Point on the Northern Beaches. The House was modern, close to the beach and everything that you would need for a family holiday or quiet getaway for the weekend. Fantastic and relaxed place to stay.

Our stay at Shelly Beach was incredible. The house was in immaculate condition and fully equipped with everything one would need for a holiday stay. It is in a great location-within walking distance to shops and the beach, and the view from the house is stunning. From being welcomed by a bottle of Chandon, playing the Xbox on the plasma, reading the up-to-date magazines, to having a BBQ on the huge balcony our stay was one of the best and we'll be sure to come back. Highly recommended.

Thank you for a wonderful weekend away in an ideal setting. There was nothing to want for - from the x box in the living room to the beach towels in the bedrooms, toiletries in the bathroom and the condiments in the kitchen. The finishing touch of a birthday card and bottle of champagne for when we arrived was also a lovely surprise. A truely wonderful house in a perfect location!

I was so impressed when I first walked in to see such a clean, modern (renovated wonderfully), easy to stay in property. I loved the extra details such as kitchen condiments - (and all the kitchen items one would need), beach towels, bathroom essentials, books, games & even an X-Box. Many holiday homes only have the bare minimum but this home has the lot - right down to a welcome card and bottle of champagne for when we arrived!
The location is central with beach, river and local boutiques and restaurants in walking distance.
A text message from Manju to make sure we had arrived and settled in made us feel very welcome and well looked after.
