Shutters beachhouses are right on the beach...50m on our private walkway to the sand & the sea, unique accommodation for those who want something fabulous & something RIGHT on the beach....super special.

For couples visiting we have a minimum 3 night stay (in non holiday times) and for families it is a minimum 7 night stay. Call us to discuss.

Relax on our viewing platform to watch the sun rise over the coral sea & see the amazing colors of the sun, the sky & the sea. In the evening watch the sun set with a glass of bubbles.

Agnes Water & The Town of 1770 are surrounded by wonderful National parks - Eurimbula & Deepwater with fantastic views & even better beaches.

We are situated on QLD's most Northerly surf beach ...so perfect to catch a wave or two, or just go for a walk 6km of pristine beach on your doorstep. Go fishing right out your front door & bring back a little whiting or flatee to put on the BBQ.

Shutters On The Beach makes it all so easy....you can lie by the 18 metre pool, walk forever along the beach, swim in the ocean, go upstairs for lunch, watch the kids from our platform on the dunes, or just have a nap !!

The beach houses are stuated on 4 acres of BEACHFRONT LAND....VERY UNIQUE right on the sand, with nothing but shea oaks, palm tree's & sand dunes between the house & the coral sea. We are also right in Agnes Water which is perfect, with cafes, shops, & a safe surf beach right on the doorstep.

There is 6km of beautiful beach which is your front yard.
The beach houses are designed for the ultimate beach holiday with views, breezes, privacy, space, & everything you would expect for that special beach holiday.

The kitchen & living area are on the top level & therefore offer a spectacular space to getaway, eat, sip, & enjoy the beach & water views & the tranquility Shutters is known for.
Very well appointed kitchen - especially if you enjoy playing with food, what a place to do it. There are different decks to suit the mood, the sun, & the views depending on the time of the day - bask in the sun or sit undercover with the ocean breezes & sounds of the sea.

The middle level incorporates all 4 bedrooms.
The master bedroom, ensuite, & walk in robe has its own balcony, & private office for those guests who must connect to the real world.
Bedroom #2 : queen bed, bedroom #3: two singes or king bed, bedroom #4: bunk bed (for the kids)
Main bathroom with toilet & seperate powder room.

Downstairs is the laundry, outdoor shower & additional powder room, entrance, undercover parking.

Shutters On The Beach is suitable for couples wanting a special getaway (non school holiday times only), groups of friends (there are two beachhouses available) or families wanting a carefree, easy beach holiday without packing the car each time the kids want a swim !!!! Just walk to the pool, the beach, or sit on a sunchair under the shea-oaks on our private viewing platform ....its all so easy.

There is ample space or everyone to enjoy what this special place offers....lots of safe space for the kids to explore within the property. Bring your bikes, your boards, your boat, or just your book, your hat & your swimmers.

All is provided....a beach holiday for those who want to be spoilt. No estates, no noise, just the bush, the birds, & the beach.

. 50% deposit required upon booking
. Balance of the tariff is due 1 month prior to arrival.
