The house is designed for a maximum privacy and backs onto private reserve. With 396 sqm under roof, this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom property has plenty of space.
The master bedroom with king size bed is seperated from the main house, connected by the main entrance to the property. With its own ensuite (with bidet), walk in robe, seating area, heated outdoor Spa and large patio area.
Entering the main area of the house all laid with the best porcelain tiles you will be dazzled with the modern built in European appliances in the opened plan kitchen. The entire ground level area is devoted to entertaining inside or out. The large LCD TV offers free Cable TV Channels.
Moving upstairs via the timber staircase three very large bedrooms await (two of them with Queen size bed and one with 2 x King Single beds), all with polished timber floors, 2bedroom with walk in robe and 2 bedroom have also balconies. All bathrooms are huge in size equiped with the finest fittings.
Ducted and split system airconditioning is in every room of the house for those hot tropical summer days.
