Experience a rural lifestyle by staying in the old owners residence on Culloden a large working cattle farm.

The style of the property reflects the days when this house used to accommodate a large farming family. Today it can comfortably accommodate your family and friends with 4 large bedrooms sleeping up to 8 guests.

The pool room along with the large eat in kitchen provides a central gathering point to enjoy each others company. you can then retire to the sunken lounge room or the back verandah to drink in the gorgeous views overlooking the Watagan Mountain Ranges and the Culloden property.

This stunning setting will leave you breathless and wishing you could stay for weeks.

Rates and Inclusions

Culloden aims to provide you with a comfortable base in which to spend some quality time with family and friends with easy access to all that the Hunter Valley has to offer. There are 4 spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, Bedroom 2 has a double bed, Beddroom 3 has 2 x single beds and Bedroom 4 has a queen bed. NEW INCLUSION - POOL TABLE!

Culloden in located 15 kilometres out of Cessnock and a further 5 minute drive will see you right in the heart of Wine Country. Pokolbin and Lovedale are home to world renown wineries as well as major concert venues and attractions such as Hot air Ballooning and The Hunter Valley Gardens.

A selection of tea and coffe as well as sugar and milk are provided for you upon arrival to enjoy during your stay. All other food and beverages should be brought in with you or alternatively you may wish to pre order from the RedSpice range of Packs and Platters.


Culloden is priced at only $75 per person per night with a minimum stay of 2 nights required both on weekends and midweek. All linen and towels are provided for your stay.

Platters can be ordered for 2-10 guests. Prices and order forms are made available with check in details.
