This Spectacular new house, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and private salted pool, it's situated in a walking distance from Cala de Bou beach front, close to Saint Antonio and Saint Joseph town as well, enclosed in a quiet residential area.

With private salted pool surrounded with a tropical garden designed just for your joy, decorated with a mexican and colored style, plenty of areas to make really memorable your stay in the Island, very close to supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, clubs, and all kind of facilities in the button of the street.

Provided with 3 full doubles bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The layout of this property consists in:

-The first bedroom with a comfortable double mattress.
-The second room has two single beds and, the third room is a master suite with a large double bed with a private bathroom.

- All rooms have windows facing outwards and all of them are very bright and delicious colored furnished with high standard quality.

Out of the room, has living room and dining room in an open concept design also you will enjoy of a full equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave) with small bar to take a drink or your breakfast as well, this kitchen has everything you will need to make your special meals at home.

- The house is provided with washer and tumble dryer as well, full A / C in all areas.

Outdoor you will have:
- Garden space with a hammock, where to relax for a while.
- Beautiful Balinese bed to enjoy with family or friends.

Great property, good location with small shop, restaurants and taxi rank nearby. Check-in was straightforward. Kitchen was well-stocked with utensils. Very good communication from host and they were also very responsive when we had to contact them about a minor issue while we were there. I would definitely recommend. Only downside was that there are only 3 sunbeds so we had to keep taking turns to sunbathe!

Paradise in Ibiza

Wonderful communication, so prompt. Comfortable and clean. Amazing cabana and the pool is like Heaven. We made the most amazing dinners with the coal fire grill. The beach is a hop, skip, and a jump away, along with great restaurants and lounges/shisha bars. A quick cab ride to clubs and a convenient water taxi to San Antoni across the bay. It was a perfect place to spend my 40th birthday with family and friends. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent a couple of days in the property in May. Communication was difficult, cockroaches in one bathroom, we have not been able to lock the door of the main entry in the first night. Not comparable to the pictures.On the positive note: beautiful pool, location is good.

El 14 de octubre efectuamos la reserva del alojamiento, la cual fue debidamente confirmada, realizando posteriormente todos los pagos exigidos.El 1 de enero de 2026, a nuestra llegada a Ibiza, nos presentamos en el alojamiento reservado y comprobamos con absoluta sorpresa que el inmueble se encontraba ocupado por un grupo de personas ajenas a nuestra reserva. Tras hablar con ellos, nos informaron de que habían alquilado el mismo alojamiento a través de otra plataforma y que se encontraban allí alojados desde el 31 de diciembre.Intentamos contactar de inmediato con la propiedad, sin obtener respuesta telefónica en ningún momento. Únicamente nos indicaron que toda comunicación debía realizarse por WhatsApp, medio a través del cual no se nos ofreció ninguna solución alternativa. La única respuesta recibida fue que existía una situación de overbooking y que procederían al reembolso del importe abonado, sin más explicaciones ni asistencia.Como consecuencia de esta actuación absolutamente negligente, seis personas adultas nos vimos literalmente en la calle, en una fecha especialmente sensible, sin alojamiento, sin apoyo y en una situación de total desamparo, tras haber cumplido escrupulosamente con todas nuestras obligaciones como clientes.El trato recibido fue lamentable, impropio de cualquier estándar mínimo de profesionalidad. La actuación tanto del manager como de la propiedad resulta inadmisible, irresponsable y profundamente despreciable, generándonos un perjuicio gra

Schiterend appartement met alle luxe

Schitterend ingericht, sfeervol en compleet. Zon draait rond zwembad en tuin, einde dag richting buitenkamer. Alles aanwezig voor langer verblijf. Rustige buurt. Hoofdstraat op loopafstand, met daarachter water van ben de haven. Bijna alles op het eiland met 30 min. autorijden te bereiken.

Wonderful stay in Ibiza!

A brilliant base near San Antonio and the greats bars and restaurants it offers for our family. Short stroll to some nice branches. The pool and day bed were used everyday. A short stroll to see the glorious sunsets. Highly recommend, and would go back. Just to note, is an apartment not house. Not that it bothered us though.

We loved this villa. Perfect for our group of 6 girls on holiday. Good location, very helpful and friendly host. Pool was great with lots of towels and blankets. Walkable to San Antonio and right next to a taxi rank for other areas. Thanks for a fantastic stay!!!!

Fantastic trip, loved the villa

3 couples had an amazing week. The location was good. Bars around the corner and the ferry to the other side of the bay was a 2 minute. The villa was spotless. Only downside was when we arrived the place wasn’t ready for us as they were still cleaning.
