The Beach House is only a short drive to Peninsula Hot Springs, award-winning golf courses and the fabulous Mornington Peninsula wineries. In the other direction a short drive (ten minutes) takes you to Sorrento and Portsea.

The Beach House is versatile. It sleeps nine so is perfect for a large family or two families sharing. Alternately its great for a weekend getaway for a couple. It is not available for schoolies groups nor groups intending to have loud parties. The house is set in a quiet area surrounded by many permanent residents, so consideration toward them with regard to noise levels is expected.
The property sits on a corner block (950 square metres) with large outdoor areas at the front and rear, both of which are fully fenced so child and dog proof. The front area has a 7mx3m covered raised deck perfect for alfresco dining and enjoying the natural habitat. In the front yard there is a fully fenced 7.2 x 3.6 m inground solar heated pool, with multiple sunlounges to soak up the sun. The large front garden has a natural habitat and off street parking for 2 cars. 14 foot trampoline, outdoor table tennis table and hammock also reside in the front yard.
The rear outdoor area has a 4mx3m dining deck connected to the house. Paths connect this decked area to another 6mx5m floating merbau deck with the landscaped garden planted with natives and olives. One footstep joins this deck to the private outdoor spa which can be enjoyed under the stars, in a spa-compliant fenced off area.
Gas-fired 4-burner barbecue as well as a Wildcat 6000 outdoor pizza oven. Outdoor dining tables at the front and rear capable of each sitting 8 people. Outdoor heaters at front and rear.
Inside has all the mod cons and comfortably sleeps eight to ten people
The open plan living / dining / kitchen area can be enjoyed in hot or cold weather, with a modern reverse cycle air conditioning / heating unit, ducted heating throughout the house, dining table and scandinavian inspired seating, breakfast bar in kitchen with 4 stools. Ipod dock, LCD flatscreen tv and DVD provided. Extensive DVD library. Board games. Foxtel.
There is a double room, a four sleeper bunk room, and a master bedroom with king-sized bed with its own air-con, and private access to the rear spa / deck areas from its own path. The master bedroom also has a daybed that folds out to a full-sized single bed, and there are 2 spare single mattresses under the bunk. Built in wardrobes in the master and double bedrooms.
All beds have doonas, doona covers and pillows supplied. Linen available on request at additional cost of $25 per person. If linen is requested beds will be fully dressed and towels provided. Alternately if you decide to bring your own linen you will need sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and bath mat.

We ask that your leave The Beach House clean and tidy as you found it. Alternately you may elect to pay an optional check out cleaning fee of $120.
