Charming authentic French top floor apartment with stunning views of the old city of Antibes and a glimpse of the sea and the Alps!
The property has 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom (with double sink, bathtub, shower, washing machine and dryer) and a large family sitting-room/dining-room/well equipped kitchen that has sofa bed.
It is at 2 minutes walk from the beach and the sea and all local shops.

This recently refurnished apartment is comfortable and cosy with high speed Wifi, cable TV and international channels. It also a well equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and all cutlery, glasses and plates... to host your every meals together. This large space is an ideal place to welcome the whole family before going to the beach or the Provencal market (both located within seconds of the flat) - it is focal point for gathering for all meals of the day.
The location of the apartments is exceptional because everything is within walking distance: the white sand beaches of Gravette and Ponteil (400 meters away each - 2 minutes walk) through historical Antibes streets, the walk around the ramparts (70m - 1 minute walk) and the sea a few feet away, plenty of shops and restaurants, the Picasso Museum (50 m - 1 minute away), the famous harbor of yachts (200 m - 2 minutes away), the bus station (300 m - 2 minutes walk) or the train Station (1,2 km - 12 minutes walk) should you wish to discover the nearby cities (Cannes – Nice – Monte Carlo - Menton).
