This great private city fringe cottage has a Double Car Port, Kitchen/Dining room, Laundry, 2 large Bedrooms that sleep up to 6/7 adults and there is still plenty of room for portable cots and toddler beds at request. This wicked a/c brick cottage with large French windows to let in the light may be at budget prices however there is nothing cheap about it. The large main bedroom has a luxurious, French feel to it offering a flat screen TV with a swivel on the wall. Its close northern proximity to the city, North Adelaide and to the Prospect shopping precinct is a bonus for all "shopaholics". Its northeren aspect means that its on the same side as the festival theatre, Adelaide cricket oval and the entertainment centre. It is also very close to the Womens & Childrens hospital. The home is neat and clean, offering a fully functional kitchen with all the equipment you'll need to whip up a meal. Basic condiments are provided at no extra charge( salt, pepper, flour, tomato sauce, tea, coffee, sugar, oil and lollies for the kid's off course etc..). If cooking is not your thing then a 2 min walk will place you in some of the best cafes and restaurants in town. North Adelaide football fans you are within walking distance to the oval. "Go The Roosters".

$12/$15 cab fair to the city or a 30 minute brisk walk. We have a kid's corner set up (for under 7). Great secure yard for pets as the property is surrounded by high fences, with a large laundary for them to sleep at night. The lay out of the rooms is bedroom 1 has one queen bed in it. Bedroom 2 has 1x queen and 1x double + if needed a materess on the floor. Please note- one nights stay only for 2 people is a minimum of $200.00.
