Located in NICE in the FABRON area, the one bedroom apartment is clean, sunny and fully equiped for your holidays : a double bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
This cosy appartment is ideal up to 4 people. The apartment is equiped with air conditionner. The Internet is provided by optic fiber (strong WIFI). The linen sheets and the towels are included as well.
Outside the apartment you have access to a summer kitchen with BBQ. On the large terrace you have such amenities as a table with chairs, a sun lounger to relax or to sunbathe and you can enjoy the birdsongs.
The area is very calm and secure - you can fully relax as you don't have any vis-à-vis.
A private parking is provided to our guests without any additional charge.
So don't hesitate anymore : choosing our apartment is our promise to you to enjoy your relaxing holidays!!
