The upper level sleeps ten with five bedrooms separated into two areas. The large first bedroom features a queen bed, divan, views over the lake and access to the upper deck area.The second bedroom also has a queen bed,lake views, its own airconditioner and built in robe.
The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed, and the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. All with built in robes.
The property has two modern bathrooms.

At the southern end of Lake Macquarie , this property provides the ideal waterfront getaway. You can invite the extended family to stay in comfort, with the kids in their own sleeping area.
Wakeup to the sounds of the local birdlife that abounds along the waters edge. Mannering Park is serviced by a small set of shops including takeaway. petrol station, hairdresser, video shop without the hassle of mega supermarkets.
For that weekly stockup you can shop at Morriset or Charmhaven( both 15 minutes drive)although the village corner store can provide most of the essentials and more!

Mannering Vista was an EXCELLENT property choice for our weekend away, and right on the lake!! We travelled as 2 small families (4 adults/3 kids under 5), and the layout of this property was absolutely perfect for us! Both families having opposite ends of house, each end with it's own bathroom... 2 bedrooms one end, and 3 bedrooms at the other... with a large living, dining and kitchen area in the middle. The house was clean, well maintained with modern amenities and more than equipped to suit our needs. The large rear yard gave us loads of room to play and run around with the little ones, while the menfolk took Mannering Vista's c-kayaks out for a paddle and spot of fishing! We are already planning our return later in the year (hopefully for a week next time)! Brad was an absolute pleasure to deal with, prompt with communication and very helpful! Definitely recommend a visit to Mannering Vista, perfect location right on the lake, and a fantastic size property, especially for groups and/or families staying together!

The house is amazing! and give all my guests and myself a kind of feeling that is home. although we had a very short holiday, we certainly come back in the future. it is very suitable for traveller who loves fishing and kayaking. convenient location allows you to drive to Coles for shopping, so don't be panic when packing at home, you can get everything you need in supermarket.

Amazing house, spacious, modern and clean. Beautiful waterfront grassland. the whole family enjoyed kayaking and fishing. One thing we didn't find is the netted lake area for swimming. We walked along the lake in two directions but couldn't find the swimming area. It would be nice if a map of the area is included in the information booklet.

We couldn't believe our luck when we turned up and saw the house. It was amazing, well presented and in a fantastic location. The Kayak's were a welcome bonus which we used every day.
The owners were easy to do business with and were very helpful providing information on the local area before we arrived. Everyone in the party congratulated and thanksed me for finding Mannering Vista. A great weekend was had by all. Thank you.

We really enjoyed staying @ Mannering Vista. Very spacious with facilities provided. The views are magnificent as well as the kayaks were enjoyed by both young and old!!!:) Even did some fishing out the back. Had a BBQ a few nights. The only downside was our stay wasn't long enough :( but we would definatley recommend Mannering Vista, and won't be long till we return!

We spent 10 days at this wonderful property and, for our group, (Nan and Pop, Mum and Dad and 2 boys) it was fantastic. The younger boys loved the kayaks, the big boys loved the fishing and Nan and Mum enjoyed the peace and quiet! Everything we needed was there and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday by Lake Macquarie! We'll be back!

FANTASTIC!!!! Very comfortable...Home away from home.Everything was provided and nothing to take.Spacious enough for our large family.Loved the area and the kids all loved kayaking which was a real bonus.Lots to do in the area for kids.Great to step out in the backyard for some fishing.Yes definately planning our next getaway to Mannering Vista.

We all had a great time at Mannering Vista. The view accross the lake & the big back yard was fantastic!! Lots of games & lots of laughs! The house was very well equiped with everything you need & big enough to cater for our mob. The kayaks were also very popular. Everyone already talking about when we were going to come back!!! Best value house I could find by far!!!

The house was fantastic for our family of 8. The location on Lake Macquarie was perfect and only being just over an hours drive from Sydney also made it appealing for a weekend stay. The house is spacious and well appointed with everything you could possibly require. The BBQ area on the deck, looking out over the lake was magic. A highly recommended property and the owner Brad was always prompt in replying to our emails. Thanks for sharing your property with us and we look forward to returning for another visit when we can get the family altogether again.
