Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 storey modern villa, tastefully decorated. Open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area with luxury leather lounges, flat screen 42 inch LCD, DVD player and Austar.
Bi-fold doors open to create a spacious indoor/outdoor entertainment area, the balcony with barbecue and table seating 8 overlooks the lagoon and scenery of the beautiful Normanville hills.
The master bedroom is located up stairs away from other bedrooms. It features a queen size bed with built in robe. The en-suite includes a full size bath.
Downstairs the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. It also includes bi-fold doors outside to its own balcony overlooking the lagoon. The 3rd bedroom sleeps 4 with 2 sets of bunks. Both rooms have built in robes.
The rumpus room is fully carpeted and features a flat screen 32 inch LCD, and blue ray DVD, Bar fridge and table tennis.
