Relax, unwind, Watch the Sun and Moon Light dance on the blue ocean waves while the 100s of trees in the the bush sway.

THE LIGHT HOUSE

This cosy little cottage features 3 levels

Level 1 features 2 cosy bedrooms with double bunk beds, bed side lamps, built-ins, a bathroom, a games area and a large deck. This area is ideal for teenagers to relax and play and has access to the level 2 via an external entry.

Level 2 includes a deck, outdoor furniture, BBQ, sitting, dining, kitchen and a bathroom. Access to level 1 is via an external entry.

Level 3 includes the master bedroom with a king bed, bed side lamps, built-ins and a small room with a queen bed and bed side lamp.

Overall, The home has 4 Rooms, Lounge, Dining, 2 Bathrooms and accommodate a family or maximum 8 Guests.

Unfortunately, parties & functions are STRICTLY prohibited as the home is located in a serene hoilday location where guests & residents retreat to bed early & rise early morning to enjoy the scenic beauty & the beautiful Ocean.

Games area has a Snooker Table and a Games Table. The full length verandahs facing the National Park and Ocean has a BBQ, Sofa Swing & 6 Seater Out Door Setting for relaxation and to ensure that every one has a relaxed and a memorable holiday or weekend to unwind.

The home includes a CD, Radio, MP3 Playback System to play soft & relaxing music, 68cm TV/DVD, Gas BBQ, Outdoor Furniture and a Clothes Washing Machine.

All you need to carry with you are bed sheets, pillow cases, all towels, toiletries, first aid kit, CDs, MP3 Player, DVDs and your tennis and fishing gear. Food & drinks, kitchen consumables etc can be purchased in the village shops or Kincumber.

No Crowds, No Traffic Noise, No Worries. Panoramic National Park and Ocean Views and the Sound of birds and the Surf. Yet so close to the best beaches on the Coast, cosmopolitan life in Terrigal and the facilities of Copacabana, Kincumber or Erina townships.

COPACABANA

If you like the beach, its a short trip down the hill to the sand and shore. As the home is located on the headland, the Copacabana beach is a 800 Meter walk down to the beach or an one minute drive.

If you enjoy bushwalking, all you need to do is simply step out of the garden to the National Park and make your way to Winnie Bay Rock Platform.

A short walk to the headland is the Captain Cook Lookout which includes the Captains Log book and his views about the "pretty" headland where the home is located.

The quiet of Copacabana is enticing. But if you crave the Cafe life there are great little local cafes and restaurants and the nightlife of Terrigal and Avoca is only 5-10 minutes away where there is an abundance of restaurants, cafes, stores, pubs, clubs offering versatile cuisine to suit everyones palate.

April, May, June, July, August and September makes the property a perfect spot for whale watching.

Tours are available through Fantasea Adventure Cruising on June 15,22,29 and July 2, 6, 9,12,13,16 & 20. Tours last for 4 hours.

Early morning see the keen surfers at our famous Copa point and swimming is patrolled at both Copa and Macs.

Walking the beach in the early morning or late afternoon provides a level walk with spectacular ocean views for which Copacabana is famous. Keep following the beach around to the south and you will come to the lagoon where both fishing and kayaking will help you enjoy your day.

Copacabana Beach is a unique sea side village which does not have high-rise or motels/hotels - the perfect place to get away from it all.

Large shopping centre at Erina Fair including ice skating rink, movie cinemas, library, restaurants etc.

Bouddhi National Park is only minutes away and offers additional bushwalking and wildlife for nature enthusiasts.

Tennis courts are also available and can be booked at the local newsagent.

18 Hole Golf Course at Terrigal (Terrigal Country Memorial Club).

Australian Reptile Park & Wildlife Sanctuary both at Somersby...the list is endless!
