Condo directly on beach! The pool is done and open!

Beachfront Condo on the most beautiful beach in the area! Brand new pool finished 3/1/26!

FULLY REMODELED! New -kitchen, 2 baths, flooring, paint, vanities, built in closets, A/C, beds, bedding, couch, etc.. It is stunning! There's even a full NanaWall, so you can gaze out on the gulf, unobstructed!

Please do not mistake this complex for Bonita Beach Club. This is Dolphin Way. A small, intimate, complex of only 3 small buildings. Even during season, there is plenty of space on our beach!

The condo is directly on the beach. There are loads of area golf courses!

We are partially handicapped accessible. There is an elevator, and you can get around easily in the condo with a walker or wheelchair.

The condo is located on Little Hickory Island, in Bonita Springs. There is water on both sides of the condo. You can drive on to the island. The address is 25840 Hickory Blvd, unit 302B.

The condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, and large lanai. All amenities are top notch! We have all stayed at a beach house with missing light bulbs, not enough silverware, etc. This is not that condo. This is our home away from home, and we have it stocked as such.

The master bedroom has a king 2020 purchased Serta Beauty Sleeper mattress. It also has a wall mounted flat screen TV, built in closets, and a sleek IKEA dresser.
The master bath has another huge custom closet, and lots of space. It has a brand new custom shower. In the closet you will find plenty of room to hang anything needed. The master bath has all first aid items you might need, and aloe in case the sun gets you. There are hair dryers in both bathrooms. One more thing not to pack.

The second bedroom has two pillow top single beds with brands new linens. It also features a desk , and copier/printer/fax machine, in case you need to print a boarding pass from your computer. There’s also a dresser, and a huge closet with built ins, with all your beach towels, beach bags, sarongs to wear to the beach, robes for after you shower, and extra bedding linens.

The newly remodeled hall bath has a full bath.

Love to cook? We have a BRAND NEW full kitchen equipped with All Clad pans and real silverware. Want to take your cocktail to the beach to watch the sunset? Just fill up our Sur La Table pho glassware (glass like thick plastic!) we do still have regular glassware for use in the condo, along with lots of “to go” items for the beach. Beach items include cooler, disposable cups, and plastic champagne, wine, and rocks glasses. All the regular kitchen necessities are also available: toaster, regular coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, blender, lots of serving dishes, etc..

The living room features a brand new couch, a swivel leather chair, a 50-inch flat screen, wall mounted, TV, a stereo, and even binoculars to see the dolphins pass in the morning.

The dining area features seating for 4, but you can bring chairs from the lanai, or office if you have guests, and accommodate up to 6 easily. We’ve got several patterns of placemats, so you can be as casual, or classy, as the situation deems.

Need a spa while you're here? Lover's key spa is right behind us. Or get really fancy and go into the dozens of Naples spas.

The condo is only 18 minutes from Fort Myers airport. From the condo, it’s 20 minutes to downtown Fort Myers, or 25 minutes to downtown Naples.

Relax in the white sands. Bonita beach is one of the premier turtle hatching beaches in the United States and also named as one of the top 10 healthiest beaches in the United States by Health magazine.

Please note: our condo complex only allows rentals of 2 weeks or longer! It is very private. Pets are not allowed in this complex.

This apartment is a currently updated, modern, well equipped, pristinely clean place, with beautiful view of the beach. It has everything one may need for a perfect vacation. The only sad moment we had experienced when it was time to leave!

We enjoyed our stay! One issue we had was that your cleaner had neglected to clear the bathtub drain and remove the built up rust. I had to press down on the plug with my heel to hold it down so it wouldn’t leak water out of the tub while bathing. Thankfully I had a different kind of rubber plug that I use when I travel. I got that out of my luggage and I could use that successfully.Because it was so cold and windy we did not go outside much in January. Your living room furniture was not comfortable while watching tv. The swivel chair and sectional futon couch were hard on our backs. We could not sit long on them. I would recommend removing the swivel chair and replacing it with a couple of small comfortable recliners for those who wish to sit for any length of time.Everything we needed was in the condo. Everything was clean and neat. Responses from the owner were very quick when we asked questions. Because of the furniture issue we would not come back to this condo.

Perfection!

Had a great stay at this amazing condo. The view was perfection! Tristam made everything so easy with our check in/out. The condo was clean, the furnishings were new and the kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed the pool and walking and sitting on the beach. We even made several new friends while there! Two Weeks on the Beach

The location is perfect. My husband likes the pool and I like the beach so having both within a few feet of each other was divine. The Beach is great for shell seeking, walking, and swimming. We never got tired of sitting on the lanai and watching the people, birds, sunrise and sunsets.

Perfect Winter Getaway

My wife and I are back from 6 week’s at Tristam’s condo. We enjoyed Bonita Beach and the condo. The condo has an open concept so it felt very roomy and has recently been renovated with all the current touches. The view from the balcony with the Gulf on full display. The pictures you see are an accurate description of the unit. Tristam is an amazing manager. She answered all our questions and requests promptly. She even replaced a beach umbrella quickly when our old one broke. I plan to go back next year. Thank you Tristam for giving us a memorable getaway.

Flawless and Fantastic

This property is well- maintained and well-appointed in its cheerful furnishings. The interior is neat and clean and is open and airy with an unmatched view of the Gulf from the balcony. You also will have assigned covered parking with televisions in each bedroom and HD television in the living room area along with a sofa that converts into a Queen-size bed. The swimming pool is heated in the winter and the beach is always there for good walking or jogging -- even during high tide. Tennis courts are also accessible across the street. If you are a golfer, you will have a broad selection of courses to make your tee time. The owners make their guests to this property have an incredible vacation experience. This property has a quiet off the beaten path, yet is located near a host of fine restaurants, grocery stores, shopping malls and boutiques and close to major thoroughfares and interstate as well as an easy airport to get in and out of.... My only regret is that I have to leave this paradise today and use the airport.

Amazing location and top notch amenities!

This is our third year staying at this condo. If you have ever rented a condo before, you know cleanliness is always a crapshoot. This condo is immaculate.You can tell immediately that the owners live here part of the year and it's not an investment property. Everything you need is there. My girlfriend and I have gone alone, and with our 14 year old daughter. The area is suitable for couples, or families. The grounds at this complex are very well kept up. The pool is beautiful. The beach is clean, and we can almost always see through the water up to our waists. The beds in the condo are all very comfortable. I have back problems, and many rentals have cheap mattresses. These ones are all excellent. It's also nice that there's a desk, computer, and printer. We can print our boarding passes instead of waiting in line at the airport. Another thing that we like is the furniture is all in great shape. They must touch everything up yearly, because it always looks new. We will keep coming back. Since we've gone several years at the same time, we've met a lot of other renters/owners that go at the same time. It's so fun to meet up with all our "beach friends" every night on the deck behind the pool with a cocktail and all watch the sun go down together!
