"This place has the best location, right on the river and only the sound of birdsong. A great place to relax. We celebrated our parents' 40th wedding anniversary here and had a great time. We kept the fire going the whole time and toasted marshmallows - yum! We went out on the river in the boat provided and had heaps of fun. We all would go back again and highly recommend this place to anyone."

"Absolutely sensational! You could have thought we travelled 1000 miles to get to such a lovely setting but it was only 50klms from Sydney. A beautiful house with your own dinghy to get you to the fish! We will be coming back! KG"

"It was great to return to this wonderful house. The teenage children had a fantastic time and my husband and I again enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. Even the rainy days did not matter because we had the open fire roaring and lots of room to not feel we were on top of each other. Thanks"

"Had a wonderful weekend stay with friends at this beautiful home. We were lucky to stay in the bedrooms downstairs which are the closest to the water. The bedrooms upstairs have the gorgeous views and the ensuite bathrooms but get very hot in the afternoon. We chose to bring our own boat which you have to launch at Church Point marina in the National Park. The fee is $11 on the weekend. When we got the car and trailer back to the house there is some parking along side the road above the house. The house is very comfortable and has everything you can think of even sunscreen. The only down side was there is three BBQ's, which needed a good clean, but only one worked, the ladder on the pontoon isn't long enough to get out of the water and is covered in barnicles, the walls were very grubby around the stairs and the lack of upkeep of the gardens let the whole house down. "

"We have just returned from a wonderul weekend away. It felt like we were a million miles away even though its just a short drive from Sydney. The location is so peaceful. The house had everything we needed and we spent our days fishing, relaxing and enjoying the company of great friends. We will certainly be back. Thanks Fuzzy!"

"We have just spent a weekend celebrating various family milestones at Fuzzy. This is our second visit and once again thoroughly enjoyed ourselves despite the poor weather. Fuzzy was spacious enough to accommodate 6 Adults and 4 children comfortably. The location and views are sensational and being able to catch your dinner from the jetty was magic! We'll be back!"

Such a short drive from Sydney makes it the perfect place for a weekend visit but you come back feeling like you have been on holiday for a week! Perfect place to unwind and the house has everything you need! Made my birthday celebrations very special. 11 out of 10!"

" Our week at Cottage Point was a wonderful Family celebration . We adored the house as did our guests . It is so comfortable and superbly appointed . The runabout enabled my husband ( and family ) to indulge in his passion for fishing , though we caught a lot of fish from the Pontoon .The house has 5 Queen size bedrooms so every member of the family was comfortably accomodated. "
