Freycinet Vista is a new fully furnished luxury retreat on Tasmania's iconic East Coast. Set on five acres of absolute beachfront, this eco-friendly house is architect designed to take advantage of the stunning views across Great Oyster Bay to Freycinet Peninsula & the Hazards, Maria Island & Swansea.
Direct access to 9 Mile Beach provides swimming, fishing & boating as well as unrestricted dog walking.
Nestled on the dunes Freycinet Vista is a single storey open plan house with ramp access. It contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas & 2 decks & sleeps 6 (+2).

Freycinet Vista provides modern open plan living in a secluded beach setting with spectacular views.
Interconnecting living & bedroom modules provide comfort & privacy for multiple guests & a 2nd bathroom & separate TV room gives flexibility & minimises noise.

The house is double glazed & has reverse cycle air conditioning as well as a log fire for cosy relaxed evenings.

Comfortable accommodation for 6 adults in 3 bedrooms:
2 Queen Bedrooms (1 ensuite).
1 Twin bedroom.
(In addition 2 trundle beds and a cot are available on request).
Ensuite bathroom with shower & family bathroom with bath & shower.
Well appointed kitchen with induction cooktop, wall oven, dishwasher, microwave & refrigerator with water & ice.
Large open plan Living/Dining area with modular leather lounge & stone dining table with seating for 8. This area enjoys 180 degree views.
Separate TV room (with leather furniture & digital TV/DVD) also with views.
Spacious childproof front deck and a sheltered rear deck with barbecue. Both decks have views.
Separate laundry with front loading washer and dryer.
Quality linen & electric blankets all beds.
Child friendly
To help keep your children safe, both decks are fully enclosed and the gate on the main entry deck is child proof. Indoors, there is a protective guard around the fire.
We can supply cot (+linen), high chair and change table on request at no extra charge.
Dog friendly
Freycinet Vista has just been awarded the Stayz Tasmanian & National awards for dog friendly accommodation.
We thank our doggie guests & their owners for their feedback!
Dogs can run for miles on the dog friendly beach, swim & surf in the safe waters, dig in the sand & even chase a seagull or two.
They are welcomed both inside & out. What doggie wouldn't enjoy relaxing with you as you take in the views on the main deck or be part of a barbeque on the rear deck. They can curl up by the fire, and at night can sleep safe and warm in the enclosed entry module. Doggie beds, bowls & towels are provided. The property is a member of the Land for Wildlife scheme and has no fences. However your dog can be safely enclosed on the huge front deck or the smaller rear deck.
At Freycinet Vista dogs can be dogs while you relax in luxury.

Freycinet Vista is approximately half way between Hobart and Launceston and is ideally positioned for exploring Tasmania's East Coast, known for the best weather in Tasmania.
Freycinet National Park and Douglas Apsley National Park are an easy drive away as are Coles Bay, Bicheno, Friendly Beaches and the Bay of Fires.
Nearby Swansea provides all the necessary facilities including supermarket, service stations, hotel, doctor, cafes and restaurants.
Local wineries and freshly caught seafood are a feature of the area.
