Pool: 24' by 11' *The pool can be heated for an additional $500/week. Pool heat can be added during check-out when booking online or over the phone with a Guest Ambassador. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉.

Community Beach Shuttle: Seasonal beach shuttle runs from the end of May to the end of August. The hours of operation are Sunday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Pick-up is upon request. Driver will pick guest up at their driveway and drop them off at Singleton Beach.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy on your signed rental agreement supersedes all other cancellation information. Contact Vacation Homes of Hilton Head with any questions. If you are booking on a third-party site such as VRBO or Airbnb, you are subject to Vacation Homes of Hilton Head's cancellation policy. Guests without travel insurance will not receive a refund or reimbursement for weather, hurricanes, mandatory and/ or voluntary evacuations, pandemics, etc. Travel Insurance is an additional % of the total and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, Master, Discover, American Card. ID Verification is required.

Beautiful Summer Beach Getaway

This was our family beach trip & we were visiting Hilton Head for the 1st time! It truly was an amazing experience and we fell in love with the place and the town! The house was beautifully decorated and very well kept. Since, it was very hot we did the pool which was small but we still ton of fun!Our stay was very comfortable and it felt like it was home away from our own home. Few minor things that I would give as suggestions: *We were asked to set the temp at only 72 or it said the system can go out (when you are visiting in hot months that can be really hard as everyone has their own setting to sleep in. I would recommend they upgrade the system so this is not a stipulation for visiting guests). Also, one of the rooms facing the front of the house would get really hot and seemed the temp of 72 setup didn't do much for it so would recommend having a portable fan to help it cool down a bit. *We did experience bunch of flies flying around for the 1st few days mainly in the main area/kitchen and it was just annoying and also sometimes upstairs level *Also, some of the skillets were really not non-stick which made it hard to clean up afterwards (again just some extra work as we cooked a lot) but not a deal breaker Overall, working with the management company was great. We did have a quick issue and they were prompt in addressing it and responding to us so really appreciated their communication. We loved our time at the house & are thankful for the wonderful experience.

Wonderful vacation! Large beach house with enough room for all!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our week at 45 Crabline Ct. The house was lovely & the kitchen was well stocked. Having 4 en suite bathrooms made getting ready for outings so easy! The backyard was perfect for games & the cocktail pool was a huge hit. We rented bikes and rode to the beach daily. The golf cart shuttle was helpful for beach equipment. We loved our stay! Thank you!

Great house

Loved the house. Pool is smaller than it looks but we still enjoyed it. They had tons of amenities— many beach chairs, umbrellas pool toys. Plenty of supplies for the week. I wish we had known and we wouldn’t have packed as much. The beach cart was very handy with a 9 month old and we rented bikes to ride the short distance to the beach which was fun. I would definitely stay here again.
