This 2011 built, Oceanside Singleton Beach home offers all of the amenities you would expect from a new home construction with the added benefit of a Free Seasonal Golf Cart Shuttle Service to the Beach*. The beach access can be driven to in just 1 minute, bicycled to in 3 minutes or walked in 7 minutes.

32 Crabline Court is a beautifully appointed home featuring 2023 and 2024 updated furniture, appliances and accessories plus flat screen televisions with granite/quartz countertops in the kitchen and all bath areas. New vinyl plank flooring installed in 2023 and is located throughout the home. A private, heated and screened in pool is located directly behind the home. *Pool heated for an additional charge.

The first floor of 32 Crabline Court consists of an Owners Master Bedroom which has a king bed, a double dresser, seating area for two and a walk-in closet. The master bath has a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. The first floor second bedroom features a queen size bed, a double dresser, a seating area and a private bath with a single sink vanity with combination tub/shower. A 2023 installed, full sized LG washer and dryer are also located on the first floor.

The living/kitchen/dining areas all possess unique design features that tie the three spaces together into a beautiful living and dining space. The living room has a spacious area with a two-story ceiling allowing for ample sunlight through its four large windows. Furniture appointments include a sectional sofa with a queen air-mattress pull-out bed, two comfortable arm chairs and driftwood accent pieces. There is a 42' flat screen TV so guests may enjoy movies and entertainment. The kitchen, which is part of the great room, possesses ample counter and cabinet space. Bar stools around the corner breakfast bar area provide additional seating to the eight seat Hooker Furniture dining room table.

The second floor features a second master bedroom with a king bed, a double dressers, a seating area, ample closet space and a private bath with a vanity and a combination tub/shower. Bedrooms 4 and 5 have twin beds in each room with a double dresser, night stands and share a bath. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and ceiling fans.

Crabline Court is a beautiful enclave of luxury homes on a cul de sac featuring 4, 5, 6 and 7 bedroom homes with pools. As Crabline Court is located next to the newest town park, you have easy access to tennis, basketball, soccer and baseball fields. The beach access can be driven to in just 1 minute, bicycled to in 3 minutes or walked in 7 minutes. The Crabline Court homes are located off Singleton Beach Road.

Overall we had a great stay. Walking distance to a quiet beach and shuttle access for those who couldn't walk and close to everything we wanted to do. The kids loved the pool in the basement.

We enjoyed this house. There are a couple of things to consider: it is a good 14 - 15 minute walk to the beach. (I'm not sure if in years past there was access to the boardwalk but it is now closed off) We had 2 major issues when we checked in and Mark as well as the property management company were very responsive and resolved our issues quickly. The decor and TV's are dated with but the house is functional. It served the purpose for which we needed it. I'd recommend it if you need the 5 bedrooms.

Regarding the walk to the beach, it should be noted that during peak season our community offers a FREE Golf Cart Shuttle Service to and from the beach every day except Saturday's. I am sorry if you did not take advantage of this service but it is clearly publicized in your arrival instructions plus within the home itself. Also, to clarify, the walk to the beach is about 7-10 minutes going to Singleton Beach. Additionally, I am glad to hear we resolved the two issues you had during arrival to your satisfaction. Regarding our furnishings, I am not sure what would be considered out dated. Also, while the TVs are indeed slightly older, they are fully functioning flat screens and we have had no concerns or complaints regarding their functionality. Please note, we take pride in making sure all furnishings, TVs, hardware, etc. are always in top notch condition for our guests. I am sorry if you felt different. Thank you for the 5-Star review. We always try to give our guest a 5-Star experience. I understand you and your group enjoyed the golfing offered in Hilton Head. I hope you also got a chance to the Heritage golf event. Regarding the pool heater, indeed it was broken. For that we apologize. The heater broke a few weeks prior to your stay and a new one was put on order as soon as we found out about the situation. Unfortunately, there was a 2-3 week lead time on the new heater and it arrive toward the end of your stay. I believe it was installed a day or two prior to your departure. As we did not have a request from you for the pool heater to be turned on until after your arrival, by that time it was too late to offer pool heating. Please note the new heater is in place and functioning properly. Again, sorry for any inconvenience. With that, we are glad you had a 5-Star experience and we hope to host you again. Everything was great except one thing. We’d manually set the ac down each day and the temperature would remain 80 degrees in the house. Each person tried to move it down. I asked the host and he said you could just move it down, but it remained warm the whole trip.

It should be noted that indeed we spoke regarding the air conditioning system and that I advised that you could manually adjust it. However, I was not aware the manual adjustment was not working as I never heard back from you so I assumed it was working. As it turned out, I was advised by our property manager upon the check out inspection the system was still not working. I immediately called our AC company who identified the problem as a malfunctioning breaker in the unit. The breaker was repaired and the system is now operating properly. Rest assured we always try to give our guest a 10/10 experience which is evidenced by our overall 9.8/10 rating on VRBO. Again, sorry for the inconvenience and we hope to have you rent again soon. Could not have been better!

More than adequate for all of our needs…so wonderfully decorated and accommodating. Just lovely! Absolutely recommend for large group.

We appreciate you taking note of the decorations within the home. We strive to make it as inviting as possible for our guests. Also, thank you for noting the home is great for groups up to 12 people. With two King Master bedrooms, a queen bedroom and two bedrooms with two twin beds each plus a sleeper sofa, there is plenty of room for multi-family stays. New Years Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Hilton Head. The house was great, spacious and very comfortable. My grandkids really enjoyed the pool. 32 Crabline is in close proximity to everything.

It allows all guests (especially kids) to have year round enjoyment when the ocean water is too cold. We are also glad you found the home spacious and comfortable. Thanksgiving getaway!

What a beautiful home. So comfortable and roomy. The heated pool was a big hit! We were close to the beach and made many trips there. If I ever go back to Hilton Head I would choose this house again.

Diane, My wife and I are so glad you had a 5-Star stay. Its good to hear your group enjoyed our home and found it to meet all of your needs. As you mentioned, our home is beachside and we are only a 2-3 minute bike ride to the beach. If you elected to walk, it is only about 7-8 minute walk. During peak season (Memorial Day to Labor Day), we offer a free golf cart shuttle service which most of our guests take advantage of in the summer season. Also, we are glad you enjoyed our heated pool. Kids and adults alike love swimming in the pool while heated and it only goes to enhancing our guests stay. Great house

Very nice ! Kitchen was well furnished Need to bring tissues and extra toilet paper. Very nice accommodations. Quiet neighborhood. Suited our needs perfectly.
