Holiday rentals near One Galle Face

Our family of 3 adults stayed at this luxury 3 bedroom apartment in Petersen Tower, Havelock City for 2 nights from 31 December 2024 until 2 January 2025. The apartment was clean, tidy and spacious. It was the perfect place to stay after we had shared 1x hotel room with 3 beds for 5 days prior.The apartment complex has access to a swimming pool, gym and cafe. It is also walking distance from Havelock City Mall where you can find restaurants, supermarket and retail shopping.We chose this property as we had friends from Australia staying with family in another tower at Havelock City. We wanted to stay nearby and this location was very convenient for our needs. We highly recommend this apartment and would stay there again without hesitation.Kenodh was an excellent host after we had our original booking from April 2024 on another platform was cancelled by the host in September 2024 after paying a substantial deposit. My confidence with accommodation platforms was shattered and I was considering reverting to hotel accommodation. Kenodh was quick to reply to my messages and gave me his personal guarantee that my booking would be guaranteed after I explained my situation and we were travelling with friends who were staying at a nearby tower in the complex.Kenodh gave clear instructions after I made my booking.
