Clean and easy stay

Had a great 2 night stay at this apartment. Inside Havelock was nice and peaceful, also a convenient location within colombo for us. Basic amenities were available but we had planCheckin and checkout were smooth.

An Exceptional Stay at a Beautiful Apartment!

The booking process was seamless, thanks to the clear and prompt communication from the host. They provided all the necessary details well in advance and were always available to answer any questions I had. The location is super convenient as well. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the immaculate condition of the apartment. It was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail evident throughout. The apartment was beautifully furnished, providing both style and comfort. The stay made it feel like a true home away from home. Mr Thusitha (property manager) went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They provided excellent local recommendations and were incredibly accommodating. Their hospitality truly made the experience memorable. Staying at this apartment exceeded all my expectations. Whether you’re visiting for leisure or business, this apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether you're an adult or a child, you will have a blast.

Petersen Tower Luxury Apartment, Havelock City Colombo

Our family of 3 adults stayed at this luxury 3 bedroom apartment in Petersen Tower, Havelock City for 2 nights from 31 December 2024 until 2 January 2025. The apartment was clean, tidy and spacious. It was the perfect place to stay after we had shared 1x hotel room with 3 beds for 5 days prior.The apartment complex has access to a swimming pool, gym and cafe. It is also walking distance from Havelock City Mall where you can find restaurants, supermarket and retail shopping.We chose this property as we had friends from Australia staying with family in another tower at Havelock City. We wanted to stay nearby and this location was very convenient for our needs. We highly recommend this apartment and would stay there again without hesitation.Kenodh was an excellent host after we had our original booking from April 2024 on another platform was cancelled by the host in September 2024 after paying a substantial deposit. My confidence with accommodation platforms was shattered and I was considering reverting to hotel accommodation. Kenodh was quick to reply to my messages and gave me his personal guarantee that my booking would be guaranteed after I explained my situation and we were travelling with friends who were staying at a nearby tower in the complex.Kenodh gave clear instructions after I made my booking. Kenodh uses a local agent Thusitha for key handover. Thusitha was great to deal with and easy to contact. Heprovided on-site instructions on the property
