Holiday rentals near Columbey State Conservation Area

We definitely struck gold finding this amazing property in Hinton. Every room was impeccibly decorated, beds super comfortable and the view so tranqil. There was no shortage of luxuries. There is an outdoor sauna overlooking the expansive paddock, a firepit with a built in yarning circle, piano and a full sized pool table. Our teenage children played games of pool followed by sitting around the campfire playing their guitars, which was so heartwarming to see them interact like this rather than sit on their devices. There is also a selection of great reading material in the library lounge area as well as games and puzzles. We are already planning our next visit back. I had a wonderful 3night stay at this beautiful property. It was the perfect choice for attending a nearby wedding. Julia's communication before, during & after our stay was fantastic. The little extra touches really made a difference, such as the local honey and fresh bread waiting for us, as well as the thoughtful information about the history of the house. It truly felt like a special experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone attending an event nearby or just looking for a charming and welcoming getaway in the hunter region.

Located a short 15 minutes out of Maitland, so close to cafes and groceries, you'll find Halee Park. It was the perfect stay for me and 2 of my friends, the beds were perfect, the kitchen had everything you could need, the views spectacular (trust me, waking up to that can not be beaten), the pool was divine and John and Donna were amazing hosts. I recommend this accomodation to anyone looking for a rural escape, it has truly filled my cup!

12 of our family joined to celebrate my wife's 85th and we found absolutely everything to be exactly as described on the website - great location in the country, excellent inside areas to gather either together or in groups, excellent kitchen, cooking facilities, very generous store cupboard of essential items,loved the friendly dogs except our rubber cricket ball was chewed!
