Karen communicated with us prior to our arrival She then met us and showed us the workings of the apartment as well as the enormous external entertainment centre The apartment was beautifully appointed and comfortable with lovely views of the lake and the township belowFrom this location we were able to drive to the many tourist attractions The highlight for us travelling in winter was the day trip to Big White Ski resort Downtown Kelowna is about 15 minutes drive away however there are all types of shops and restaurants close by in West Kelowna

Our recent stay at this stunning chalet in The Crescent at Big White was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we booked, owners David and Matt were incredibly helpful, responding with lightning speed and courtesy to any questions or requests. Their friendly and accommodating approach made our trip even more enjoyable.The chalet itself is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable family ski holiday. The little touches—like hand warmers for those chilly days on the slopes and essential toiletries in case you forgot something—really set this place apart.The location is fantastic, offering true ski-in, ski-out access, making it incredibly convenient for hitting the slopes. Plus, the short stroll to the village centre meant we had easy access to dining, shopping, and après-ski activities without sacrificing the peaceful, cozy atmosphere of the chalet.The layout is perfect for families, with bunk beds that the kids loved and televisions in every room, providing space to relax and unwind after a long day on the mountain. Whether gathering in the inviting living area or taking a quiet moment in your own space, the chalet is designed for comfort and convenience.Overall, this was one of the best ski accommodations we’ve experienced. This property was like a home away from home. It was well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms, had comfortable sleeping areas and stunning views. The spa was a godsend after a cold day on the slopes and even though it was a little far from the village, the shuttle at the end of the street was great. Ski out was fine, but ski in was a bit difficult for our beginner skiiers. Shuttle to the rescue! Communication with the host was fantastic and I would happily stay here again! Property clean, comfortable with good kitchen facilities. Easy access to lifts and main centre

We were a group of two families totaling 12 and we had plenty of room for everyone. The chalet is well stocked with a lot of extras such as laundry detergent, condiments, dishes, garbage bags, wash up liquid and games. The chalet is about a 10 to 15 min walk to the village but a free shuttle bus leaves from across the road every 30 min. We were very lucky with the snow and skiing as the conditions most days were great, and everyone was impressed with the number of runs. Trevor was very helpful with any questions.

This accommodation has everything, outstanding views of the lake, modern spotlessly clean unit , comfortable bed and lovely hosts. By far the best accommodation we have stayed in during our holiday in Canada.
