Fletchers Lane Retreat is an amazing house. I celebrated my 70th birthday with my family. Six adults and five kids. There was more than enough room for us. All rooms were great. The open fire place was popular. The tennis court got a lot of use and even the swimming pool had a few of the younger kids take a quick dip. The games room was great for the older kids. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a bit of luxury.

Beautiful, spacious, clean and well equipt.Amazing extras such as the hot tub, pizza oven, chickens and play area were thoroughly enjoyed.In a great location, quiet and close to all amenities.Highly recommended!!

From the moment I stepped foot on the property I feel in love with its charm, the surrounding landscape and the serenity. My dog and I had the most incredible stay, with such breath-taking views from every angle. We loved morning walks to visit the cows and sitting by the firepit in the evenings watching the most stunning sunsets over the hills. Located only 10 minutes from Berry and 15 minutes from Shoalhaven heads we enjoyed day trips out and about exploring the local region. Hanigan's cottage is the perfect little country escape.

My teen daughter and I had a great stay. It was just a shame we weren't there for longer!

Wonderful stay with 3 dogs. Bronwyn was very communicative and most welcoming. The dogs were very well catered for, and the cottage was extremely well equipped. The breakfast supplies were wonderful and very much appreciated.
