Loved everything about our stay here with my teenage daughter. Plenty of room for 2. Lovely aspect. Great and safe location. Friendly host. Would definitely stay again and would not hesitate to recommend to family & friends.

Very central location with everything you need close by including the various metro stations, Supermarkets , restaurants. Large comfortable apartment with lift and lots of windows. We had a great time exploring Paris and enjoying our apartment home comforts. Worth staying.

This apartment is in a fabulous location close to the Pompidou Centre and in The Marais/Beaubourg district of Paris about a 10 minute stroll to the Paris Hotel de Ville. There is a Metro station (Rambuteau) very close, as well as a food store with all the provisions you could want, a pharmacy and lots of specialty shops for bread, wine, cheeses, patisserie, charcuterie, and lots of restaurants and eateries. This is an exciting and lively part of Paris. The apartment is clean, has all the conveniences you need and is ideal for a couple. It is quite small and compact, but comfortable and the two large opening windows overlooking the street let in lots of natural light and air. It is romantic in a snug, bohemian sort of way. We are a couple in our early 70’s but active and we found this very much to our liking for nine nights. However the apartment is on the fourth floor, which people with mobility issues could find challenging, although there is an elevator once you get yourself and your bags to the first floor (a tiny elevator for 2 people or one person with luggage). One of the best things about this apartment is the owner, Louis, who is extremely helpful. He met us there and showed us how everything worked, then walked us around the local streets showing us where things were and made excellent recommendations for where to buy food, restaurants, where the taxi rank was, etc. - worth the fee he asks for meeting you and showing you around. Barry was so attentive and responsive from the moment I started booking the apartment right throughout our stay. He was so accommodating and always checked in on us which was greatly appreciated. His apartment is absolutely fantastic. It has everything you need and even allowed us to cook and entertain friends who were in Paris at the same time. The area has everything you need and we found many great restaurants and bars and shopping. Anyone who stays here will enjoy the true atmosphere of being a local in Paris.
