Luxury Resort Living at Poipu Beach Villas

My mom, her hubby and my two young kids spent 8 days at the accommodation. The place was beautiful. It was a short walk to the beach that the kids and I would do, but my mom, as she has trouble walking was not able to do the walk, and drove down each morning. There was a second swimming pool, which we didn't figure out where it was until the 2nd to last day, but our swimming pool was much nicer anyway. It was just good to know about it. We were advised that the accommodation had body boards which my son could use, but there was none to be found, which was a disappointment. We went down to the beach each late afternoon and it was always not worth to rent the boards so late. It was a easy stroll for us to get to the two closest restaurants, but booking reservations at least a few days in advanced would have been good. They were both super busy. We had some confusion on where to park when we first got in there. All parking is in the one parking lot, near Building A. You need to walk to Building B and C, down the path/a small down incline. The kids are already talking about when they can come again. Thank you.

Great vacation

Thanks Stan and family, I really enjoyed staying at Maui Kai. The location is excellent with shops, beach and all the amenities I needed nearby. And the unit was great too: exactly as in the photos, neat and clean, and an awesome new bed! The process with both the staff onsite and Stan was easy, and there were no surprise fees. Perfect family holiday destination - Absolute beachfront and wonderful hosts, can’t wait to return

Couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful holiday home to kick off our American adventure. Mark and Snoopy were the greatest of hosts and we simply loved the holiday shack. Has everything you will need for a Hawaiian North Shore getaway and is right on the beach, perfect for sunrise and sunset drinks, surf and walks. Our family of 6 fit comfortably and instantly we converted to Aloha environment. Can’t wait to return. Thank you Mark for giving us the most enjoyable and memorable start to our vacation.
