"The Stayz App. could work better. We stayed elsewhere in the same region and were out of mobile phone coverage, consequently when we got to the house and tried to retrieve the digital key code we were stranded and unable to get in. As we had already fully paid the accommodation it would have been better to provide the digital key code much earlier. With a bit of trouble we managed to access some mobile network coverage ( via WiFi ) from a local resident to be able to retrieve via the Stayz App....
