Melville holiday rentals

This is a well equipped and comfortable property. The bedrooms are a good size, and 2 bathrooms is nice. Simple, but more than adequate kitchen, dining and living spaces. Check-in was straightforward and easy. The location is basically in the middle of Fremantle and the CBD, which is good, but the Canning Highway is typically very busy, so if trying to head towards Fremantle, getting across the road is difficult...something i noticed in general about Perth traffic.The only real concern i had is that after making a non-refundable payment, i was then presented with some additional house policies that i had to accept. They weren't onerous, but i expect all policies and rental agreements to be presented prior to payment.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very comfortable, good location and very secure. Only thing I didn’t like was the pillows. Otherwise couldn’t fault it all.

Ideal accommodation for our family. Helpful having a carport with undercover access as our stay included some rainy weather.

Close to Freo and the city. Modern well presented spacious home. Only one negative, beds bit too hard. Would definately come back.
