Holiday rentals near Eel Pie Island

We had a great stay.The apartment is very comfortable and well appointed. It is spacious and the ideal base for an extended stay in London. We booked 8 nights and found it perfect. It is located in great area, there are plenty of shops close by and Kings road is at the end of the street Highly recommend !

Lovely place, convenient location close to tube, restaurants, supermarkets. Wonderful large couch, but best of all -two bathrooms!! Great even if you are just a couple like us, two bathrooms getting ready each day was great! Lovely kitchen with all you could need and the luxury of a washing machine and tall airer. Spacious bedroom too.

The flat was so quiet and comfortable with a beautiful, peaceful outlook onto the leafy garden. Thoughtful provisions and facilities were much appreciated and made for a very welcoming stay. The location was superb, being close to the tube and buses as well as supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. The hosts were patient and helpful when I locked myself out and are very communicative when required. I was sad to leave but hopefully one day I will be able to return.

Within a 7 minute walk of Gloucester Road tube station on the Piccadilly line from Heathrow Airport and we were into our cosy comfortable London abode, relatively quickly after landing . Holly greeted us herself and gave us all the information to enable us to have a very pleasant week. We enjoyed dinner at nearby restaurants, purchased makings of dinner from nearby Waitrose and wine shops. A trip to the museums with afternoon tea at either Ampersand or Kensington Hotels was easily achieved. Other days we either caught the tube trains or caught the Number 14 red bus to central London destinations. Apart from the chilly weather which no one had any control of , everything was perfect. Great!

I stayed at Caroline’s flat for three days in late September. Pimlico was the perfect location for me. Easy to walk to the tube stations, museums and art galleries etc. The flat was cosy and had everything needed for a short or long term stay. Caroline was an exceptional host and when my National Art Pass (ordered from Australia) had not arrived in time for my visit, Caroline very kindly lent me her passes (it helped to have the same first name!). On my last night it was cold and wet and it was a delight to return to the flat, put on the gas heater and tuck into the savoury and sweet treats provided by Caroline (ham, cheese, bread, wine). An absolute ‘life saver’ since I had not stopped to stock up on food! I felt very comfortable in the flat and plan to stay there on future visits to London.
