6th Arrondissement holiday rentals

We stayed 10 nights in Olga’s apartment. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and full of light. From the bedroom and lounge room you have floor to ceiling windows where you have views of the St Sulpice church and the rooftops of Paris. The apartment is serviced by two elevators, most welcome after many hours walking through the streets of Paris. Olga communication is quick and she is very pleasant to deal with. Shops, the metro and buses are a couple of minutes walk away. Highly recommend.

Our hosts were very welcoming even though we were a bit late. The apartment is lovely and was well stocked. The location was perfect. The Kids were disappointed that the WiFi didn't extend to their bedroom- but then we were mostly busy exploring, eating or sleeping!

Caroline is an excellent host. Her availability and communication couldn’t be more attentive. The apartment was lovely, perfect for 2. Beautiful building with a very modern(if small) elevator which is a bit of luxury for Paris. It is perfect if you have some knowledge of the area as it is in a quiet area but close to places if you know your way around…(it does seem to close down early in the evenings) The Latin quater is on the other side of the gardens so a bit of a walk but a lovely one and just moments away from the metro. The apartment itself is immaculate, cozy and elegant with high ceilings and wooden floors. Lots of light. The kitchen is well equipped and the shower is great. Only 2 things that I will mention as I would’ve appreciated the info (and this is completely a personal opinion) the bed is very firm and can be hard to sleep on. There are 2 single (bed) couches in the lounge room and I ended up joining my daughter on one of those. The other thing is even though it stipulates there is a Italian coffee machine there is only an American style filter. Just means you need to venture a couple of blocks for morning coffee… small details in an otherwise perfect stay. We loved it.

We arrived on a very busy festival night in Paris and the small street the apartment is in was heaving with people in and out of the pubs and restaurants so we were concerned. Entering the beautiful apartment our minds were put at rest. The noise was no problem thanks to the double glazing and we could open the windows if we wanted some atmosphere. Plenty of comfort and room in this high end apartment, close to everything necessary. A couple of minutes walk to St Germaine market for food but so many restaurants/cafes close by. We walked to the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Musée Dorsey etc , lots to do in St Germaine and the Latin Quarter. Glamaparis made everything easy, great communication before and during, met us and also arranged airport transport- cont say enough about their service. Thanks for a great 30th anniversary trip!
