My husband and I enjoyed an 11 night stay at this property. It was comfortable and had all the amenities one would need to cook and also enjoy a big screen HD TV with lots of channels (the World Series was on!).
Our host was very easy to communicate with and we had no problems with anything except we did need some help with the TV as it was a bit complicated for us from another country. All in all, highly recommend this property for a great beach/Southern CA holiday.
