Como San Giovanni Station holiday rentals

Was totally surprised when I opened the door to this studio. WOW! This studio is very spacious with a spiral staircase. Beautifully presented, well stocked kitchen, comfy bed. Well positioned to train station - an easy walk. Great restuarants, hotels & choice of eating places close by & well stocked supermarket - all within short walk. I would definitely stay here again if I was travelling. A BIG thankyou to Luis for your assistance getting me sorted after leaving my phone at home with all of my travel details on it.... :)

We loved everything about it this beautiful apartment, the check in process was so lovely, Paolo and Mara are very accommodating. The local restaurants, deli, bakery and grocery store are perfect. We had amazing weather so spent time out on the water and exploring the surrounding areas. As a family of 5 we loved the different areas in the apartment and how close it was to the water, shops and restaurants. We will miss this apartment and Verenna as we stayed for a week we got to know the locals and relax and enjoy the area. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay! I would recommend this apartment to our family and friends without any hesitation. This apartment in Como was perfect in everyway except one. The apartment is not airconditioned. Putting aside the lack of airconditioning, we could not have been happier. The host, Veronica, was generous with her time and knowledge of Como. She met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment - which was very close to the train station. Not that you could hear the trains going to and from the station from the apartment. The apartment is a two level apartment was located on the first floor in a very clean, tidy secured apartment complex. The apartment was perfect for up to 6 people with every modern convenience you could wish for including a washing machine. The beds in the apartment were all very comfortable. We were in Como in mid July 2023 and it got a bit hot some days. Whilst it would have been nice to have returned to an airconditioned apartment, we found that the apartment was able to be cooled enough with open windows and fans. We will return to Como again soon and will definitely stay in this apartment if it is available. Thank you to Veronica. You were an amazing host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay in this apartment. We were met by Cristina who was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is exactly as pictured. Great sized rooms and a well equipped kitchen for what we needed. We spent many hours on the balcony soaking up the view. It is just a short stroll into the centre of the city. We also organised a 2 hour sailing experience with Bellagio Sailing which is a must do. From start to finish this was a very memorable stay for us. Carlo is a very pleasant and responsive host and I highly recommend staying in this apartment.

Loved our stay in bellagio. Everything was just as expected and lake Como way exceeded our expectations. Would come back and stay here. Host was very attentive and helpful.
