A perfect base in the San Zeno area to explore Verona. Only a short walk to town, with all the facilities a guest could need. Federica and Riccardo made check in easy and provided great advice on where to eat in the neighbourhood. Highly recommended.

We were extremely pleased with the accommodation and San Zeni is a fantastic spot. A short walk to the centro storico but away from the tourist masness and surrounded by eateries. Monica and Davude were perfect hosts, always available and helpful. I would recommend it.

Rosellas apartment is amazing, as she is as a host. Everything you’ll ever need, great views, super handy location near the station & city centre. Rosella is an amazing host, nothing is too much trouble, not that we needed everything, she spent time marking maps for us. We will be staying with her again in a couple of years. Fantastic stay!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Monica and David are wonderful hosts, warm and friendly and so helpful with travel tips. The property is beautiful and perfectly convenient. It’s location is nestled 4 minutes from 2 leafy squares, 5 minutes from the supermarket, 4 minutes from the stunnng San Zeno church, 3 minutes from the bus stop that has you into the old town in 6 minutes. We stayed 12 wonderful nights to see elegant Verona and took day trips to Padua and Vincenza. We have travelled to many places over many years and this is by far the best property we have stayed in. The apartment should meet any traveller’s needs, situated in a quiet part of Verona, about 10 minute walk into the old city.
The host was responsive and property manager resides at the apartment should you require any assistance during your stay.
Good cooking and washing facilities, taxi access to and from the train station would be required as 30 minute walk to train station.
Supermarket is close by, making it easily to self cater at home. All in all a great apartment in a quiet part of Verona.
