We had 10 people stay for my 50th! Staff were awesome! Breakfast was amazing every morning! Dinner cooked for us was amazing! Nothing was a problem! Highly recommend! Jo Taylor… Brisbane

It's a beautiful villa..happy with everything

We had a large group of 11 adults. The villa was close to everything had a really nice pool.and bedroom set-up. Wayan was great to deal with and woukd highly recommend this villa too anyone else espcially large groups.

Very comfortable stay at Craig's villa. We would recommend to friends and family. Staff were amazing.

The photos do not do this amazing villa any justice. It is incredibly spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The location is perfect with just a short walk to Jl Legian. Wina the housekeeper is amazing and cooks the most delicious breakfasts. She even showed us how to cook it. We all wanted to bring her home. She is very helpful and attentive to her guests needs. The check-in process was very easy and we were greeted by the villa manager Desy and Wina. The concierge service is excellent with fast responses to any requests. The pool is excellent - perfect for cooling off in the afternoons. The air-conditioned bedrooms make it very comfortable for sleeping. We will definitely be back.

We stayed with our family of 13 people here, aged from 3 months to 68 years for 10 days. Villa 11 is a 5 br villa and part of the Samana or Riverside Villa suite in Legian. Before leaving I had many questions and Craig was responsive and organised the pool fence for us. We had a great time here with special mention to the chef, driver/s and villa manager Agus. The chef prepares a lovely hot breakfast to your taste and timing each morning plus we arranged 3 dinners at the villa within too. The dinners were delicious and worked out to be 600k - 800k IDR. The driver and 7 seater car with option for extra car and driver was handy. From airport pick up to day trips, they would check in each morning, be on standby and nothing was too much trouble. Agus the villa manager gives you his whatsapp details to contact him day and night and he was very responsive and always provided whatever was requested within the hour. Couldn't fault him. Oh and the complimentary in villa massages! Bliss! The villa itself offered security, privacy and shared spaces and essential amenities. A couple of small issues were with the towels. The linen - the pool towels and some bath towels and sheets were of poor quality, most had large holes and coming apart at the seams. Also, they seemed to have a limited number so in the morning they'd take the towels and they wouldn't have fresh, dry ones to replace so the first few days we were always asking for towels and told they would come from the drycleaners in the afternoon. On realising this we asked them to leave the towels we had to ensure we had some to use during the day if need be. It is a minor complaint that we worked around but when we had 5 staying in our room (2 adults and 3 babies) and were left with no towels after the daily clean, it didnt feel luxurious,meant we couldn't shower or bathe until they brought a few clean dry towels back and was a frustrating basic to not have. Another minor thing is the listing should remove the inclusion of a mobile phone with credit as this is no longer provided or available. Having said that the villa is well positioned, just a 5 minute walk out the back gate to the main road where there is shopping and food plus a little K convenience store just 200m down the road for icecream and other basics. Most staff have a good command of English and all staff were very friendly and accommodating and adored our children, as all the Balinese seem to be. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Spacious villa in a quiet location Close to main area of Legian.Children loved the pool and space to exploreGuest cooking is just a microwave though you do have access to a bigger staff kitchen .

The villa was located in a nice quite laneway just a short walk to the shops. The pool was fantastic and the bedrooms were all a great size. We did get some water leaking through the upstairs bedroom when it rained. But in all had a great stay.
