Holiday rentals near Comedie Tour Eiffel

This was the perfect place to spend 10 days in Paris - a lovely comfortable apartment overlooking the Eiffel Tower, a vibrant neighbourhood full of cafes, markets and restaurants but a quiet apartment. We explored Paris but loved the time just wandering the area, shopping with the locals then relaxing on the balcony with a wine and dinner, watching the tower twinkle (could even see it twinkle while lying in bed!)

We had a wonderful stay. The communication was excellent and the listing was exactly as advertised. Incredible location & perfect amount of amenities. Highly recommend!

Very central to all transport. I was greeted at the door and felt very welcomed. Greeted above and beyond with French stick bread , croissants , jams and provisions that would last for my stay for bewakfast s , very cozy and loved all bathroom the ammentaties supplied also. A very comfortable stay 🙂👍

I would recommend this property to any group of 2 or 3 people. I stayed there with my 16 year old granddaughter. It is well situated and although small, very comfortable as it is well organised. Louis organised our travel to and from Gare du Nord which was seamless. He also showed us around the neighborhood and made us familiar with the property itself. Great view of the Eiffel Tower especially when it glitters at night after 11pm. The kitchen is small but quite adequate and the beds are comfortable. No air conditioning but a good breeze through the big windows. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the tube station is not far away Altogether a very good experience.

Great view as described. The home was well stocked & host responsive to issues we had. AC isn’t the best if the days are warm. The whole check in/check out process let our stay down though. The owner kindly agreed for us to use their car space, but it ended up being such a hassle we should have just used the on-street parking. Having to meet the cleaner who speaks no English at all & leave a deposit for the fob; not being able to check in until 4pm (4 hours past check in time listed) and then having to meet again for the return of the deposit 30minutes before scheduled check out time.

Review for Christine. This beautiful apartment was absolutely ideal for our six night stay in Paris. Located in the lovely area of Grenelle, the 11th floor apartment has breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is beautifully renovated and well appointed for a relaxing stay. Conveniently close to a host a lovely restaurants, shops and transport options, this is an ideal place to stay on your visit to Paris. Our host Christine was wonderful and arranged for the lovely Joelle to meet us on arrival for an apartment tour. Joelle shared travel and dining ideas and local tips to help us plan our Paris adventure. We walked everywhere from this apartment and savoured the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets each day. We highly recommend this apartment for your next stay in Paris.
