I wait for you in this wonderful place, very clear with a beautiful open view with at the end of the rue la Seine. This beautiful quiet street which bears the name of the one, as the legend says, who invented, the school is located in the heart of the Marais and more precisely close to the Saint Paul district. The nearest metro is Saint Paul line 1.
In a beautiful condominium, this apartment has been renovated with particular care combining modernity and objects borrowed from history.
The bedding in the bedroom as well as the Murphy bed in the living room are very comfortable and of high quality.
Everything will be there to make your stay unforgettable. It is important to me to receive you at home as guests whom I want to pamper.

This apartment is in a wonderful location, walking distance to several good restaurants, metro, and attractions. The apartment was very clean. The shower was great. It was nice to have a washing machine and the kitchen had a nice coffee machine. Paul was a good host, meeting us at the apartment to explain things. Also, there is a small lift if needed for baggage.

Host communicated well. There was no air conditioning as stated and unfortunately only one small fan that we had to move from room to room. Paris experienced unusually high temperatures, 35 degrees above normal. So having no A/C and one small fan did little to make us comfortable. Also the small kitchen had no towels (cloth or paper). Very inconvenient. There was no ice tray so we had to buy our own ice. The furniture in the living area was old and uncomfortable and the bed lacked more typical pillows.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry that the unusually high temperatures during your stay made things less comfortable. However, there is indeed an air conditioning unit in the bedroom, and it is quite visible. A simple message on the first day, or even right when you arrived, would have been enough for me to explain how to turn it on, and I would have gladly helped you immediately. Regarding the kitchen supplies, this is actually the first complaint I have received about towels or ice trays, as previous guests have always found the apartment properly equipped. I still appreciate your comments and will take them into consideration to improve the experience further. Thank you again for your stay.

We took our two teenagers to experience Paris for the first (but not last!) time and Paul greeted us at his lovely, centrally-located flat in the Marais. We were able to easily see so many spectacular sights (Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, even a croissant-making class...) with this wonderful "home base". We could not recommend staying here more highly and look forward to going back!

Location, location location!The apartment is superbly located in one of the nicest parts of Paris, and so convenient for hitting the sights.We were met on arrival and given a quick guide to the apartment, especially around using the drop down bed.It can be quite hard to find such accommodation in central Paris that sleeps 4 adults, and with the bed in the living room down for our stay, it was a little tight but still completely functional.A lift as well for bringing up our cases was a nice addition.Close to supermarkets and patisseries meant it was easy to grab fresh items daily. Very handy indeed.Would be very comfortable for a couple, but we had a lovely time as a family of 4 adults.Would stay here again most definitely.

I had a wonderful week in Paris with my adult children. Paul, the proprietor, met us at the apartment (despite a 2 hr flight delay on our part) and showed us all of its' features. The apartment is a wonderful mix of modern and traditional components. The location is perfect--steps down a pedestrian walkway to the #1 metro St Paul stop which serves most tourist attractions (Eiffel Tower, Champs-Elysses, Arc du Triumph). A second stop (Ponte Marie, metro 7) is a 10 min walk. We walked to Notre Dame and the Shakespeare Company in 15 min.

Five star location-tucked away on a small street but still 5 minutes walk from two metro lines and to the river. Easy access to plenty of shops and cafes. We were able to walk all over Paris easily from there. Sparkling clean, great shower. Both beds were comfortable and the Murphy bed was easy to use. I appreciated Paul's communication and although we had a small glitch on the check-in time he quickly remedied it. I would definitely stay there again.

Paul was a fantastic host. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Excellent location, short walk to the Seine and Notre Dame and two metro stations. When we thought we may be delayed in Paris due to a pending Air Canada strike, Paul was very flexible and will to accommodate us.
