The actual stay was way above expectations.Fiona is an excellent host.We wanted for nothing. The welcome package was enormous.I rate this annex my best stay anywhere in the world. The apartment was amazing, all the furnishings were beautifully decorated and it was in a perfect spot. Maureen was so helpful at check in and very responsive. It's definitely an ideal apartment for a stay in Scotland!

We would rate this property much higher if we could. Exceptionally clean, super well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge dining room, comfortable bed and a fabulous shower. Nice breakfast provisions too. There were lovely touches with the decor. The attention to detail was amazing. Great location. Buses into Edinburgh just around the corner. The Hosts were a lovely, friendly couple who gave us suggestions of places to go and see and walks to do. In fact their information booklet is the most comprehensive that we have seen in our travels. The only thing that we would draw attention to is that if you have a car and have trouble walking the nearest free parking is about a 10 minute walk. We would definitely recommend this beautiful apartment to anyone. Thank you Al and Ali for a wonderful stay.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Edinburgh. I would highly recommend the house as it was stylish and comfortable with everything you could want for a pleasant stay. Robin was an excellent host, being able to be contacted when needed and checking in to ensure all was in order. The house is conveniently located close to major attractions and good eateries.
