Holiday rentals near Charlton Athletic Football Club

Quiet, clean and comfortable apartment in a great location to access Victoria Station and Bus Stations, and nice restaurants nearby.Access to the lovely park over the road was a bonus.

We had a wonderful week in London and our accommodation made it perfect. From the start of our booking Dominic was absolutely lovely. We arrived just before NYE and found out quickly that we had picked the perfect location as a base. Not only was the house in a safe area it was also convenient to the tube, walking distance to all the bucket list locations and great shopping. From the time we arrived we knew we had booked a great place. Dominic had all the essentials for us waiting. Honestly this the place to stay in London. You won’t regret your booking.

Spacious property, well equipped - worked well for our family of 4 adults and 3 children. Great location, close to Hyde Park - very central with good access to buses and trains if needed. A cab rank also close by. Very clean with daily maid service. Managers on site daily to assist if required.Communication prior to the stay was very responsive. Host offering to store our luggage until the apartment was available, as we had an early flight arrival. As it happened, we were able to go straight to the apartment as it was ready.

Firstly let me congratulate and thank Damien for being a superb host. He is a prompt and informative communicator and met us at the flat to show us around and answer any questions we may have had. The flat is not large but it’s very comfortable. The living area has an enormous sofa and the kitchen is equipped with anything you could possibly need, including a dining table. Damien very thoughtfully left us welcome gifts of food and drinks, as well as written information for everything pertaining to both the flat and the area. Beds are extremely comfortable and the main bedroom opens out onto the pretty back garden which we unfortunately couldn’t use because of the weather! There is a combined washing machine/dryer and wifi is reliable and fast. Waterloo Station is an easy 14 minute walk as are lots of restaurants in areas such as Gabriel’s Wharf. Would we go back? Indeed we would!

Within a 7 minute walk of Gloucester Road tube station on the Piccadilly line from Heathrow Airport and we were into our cosy comfortable London abode, relatively quickly after landing . Holly greeted us herself and gave us all the information to enable us to have a very pleasant week. We enjoyed dinner at nearby restaurants, purchased makings of dinner from nearby Waitrose and wine shops. A trip to the museums with afternoon tea at either Ampersand or Kensington Hotels was easily achieved. Other days we either caught the tube trains or caught the Number 14 red bus to central London destinations. Apart from the chilly weather which no one had any control of , everything was perfect. We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment. So clean, and the location was so quiet....we come from country Australia so this was important. Lots to see, do and metro and buses really close by. Made life easy. Esp tripping around London. Valerie is lovely and very helpful. She helped me out of a last minute jam as i had to extend my accommodation and she just did it with no worries. House is very large and comfy. Great size rooms, and ensuites with a fully equipped kitchen. Very grateful for having stayed here, thank you Valerie 😊

We stayed for five days, parents and adult kids. Was a terrific location and the home was a perfect place to come home to after a long day. You can get anywhere easily from South Kensington tube station which is just down the street. Would definitely stay again.
