We loved having so much choice of food nearby. The Testacchio market, supermarkets, osteria, ristorante so nearby. Close to tourist attractions but locale residential area. Veruska was very helpful and accommodating.

So impressed by Massimo caring about our experience during our stay at his apartment. He thought of everything that would ensure we knew where to go and how to get there safely and efficiently. His recommendations for places to eat were greatly appreciated. He shared his knowledge of his neighbourhood with us and therefore we felt right at home as a result.If you ever make it around the globe to Australia in the future Massimo we’d love to return the experience. Lucia is a brilliant host, she was so helpful and kind. Her apartment is in an incredible location, walking distance to everything. The decor is fabulous, plenty of space. Overall I would rate it a 10/10. If we are ever in Rome again we know where we are stay. Thanks Lucia for an amazing stay.

This was our second time staying in this beautiful apartment. It is so convenient to all major attractions and it is so spacious and light. Check-in was easy and Allan explained everything we needed to know. Sadly we only had 3 nights this time but would love to return.

Beautifully appointed apartment in the heart of Testaccio. The owner was amazing and no issue or question was to great. The information folders and tips available at the apartment were excellent resources. We stayed in the apartment for 1 month. It was lovely and quite and good for sleeping at night. All appliances were available that are required for a comfortable stay. It was obvious that the owner had taken care in appointing the apartment. Testaccious is a local Roman community and has 2 Piazzas to enjoy Grocery stores, 2 butchers, hairdressers, pharmacy, gelateriad, restaurants, bars (cafe)… All you need can be found in Testaccio and close to the apartment. Pyramide Metro and Porta San Paolo stations nearby. For easy access to Roman sites and also to the beautiful beaches if you get time (takes about and hour). Overall 5 star for property owner, apartmento and location
