Bright, clean and very quite apartment, recently and completely renovated. Provided for free: WiFi & ADSL, air conditioning, heater, drinkable water, electricity, washing & dishing machine, towels, linens, iron&ironing board, safety box, detergents, soaps, hair dryer. Kitchen fully equipped (fridge, freezer, micro-wave, electric stove & oven, orange juicer, toaster, boiler, dishing machine, cuttleries). Within walking distance a guarded garage. First, Paula is an amazing host. She is incredibly helpful and thorough. Any question you may have, she is able to answer, and provides a wealth of information a first time visitor to Rome would never know to ask for. The home is clean, and secure. As a host, Paula has provided far more than I would have expected. The space was comfortable and the location was perfect for public transportation access as well as walking if you are one who prefers to travel on foot. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience and would absolutely recommend this home!

As our host explained, there is almost everything you need located in this neighborhood. Restaurants, bakeries, markets, pharmacy and gelateria - and the wine/liquor shop. It is close to stops for the bus, the tram, and a short walk to the metro. The unit may be small, but it is well laid out. Our only problem was fitting my 6’4” husband in the shower

We really enjoyed our stay in Testaccio. The apartment was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and Paola provided much information about the neighbourhood and the city. Many restaurants, groceries and shops are close by, Mercato Testaccio is great, and you can enjoy a gelato in the Piazza.

Perfect apartment

We enjoyed our stay here so much! Donatella helped us get settled and was very helpful. Location of the apartment couldn’t be better and it was a nice spot to come back to after sight seeing in the extreme July heat. Air conditioning kept the apartment very comfy and they even provided a fan to help with air circulation. We were comfy and cozy throughout our stay!

Charming Studio in walking distance to the Coliseum

A very enjoyable stay at this property. Paola the host met us and gave a thorough tour of the property.
